I did a lot of research on brands of appliances to furnish an entire new home. I went to every store in town to before purchasing, I already knew what I wanted. Bill was the only person that had actual knowledge in appliances, brands, features, quality. I had other salesman just try and push Samsung for technology all assuming that was what I wanted over quality. Needless to say after ten minutes talking to him i decided to purchase my entire new homes appliances off of him over every other store. He knows what he is talking about, he was the most helpful salesmen I have ever experienced. Damn shame that local businesses like Towne Centre are pushed to close their doors due to large companies pushing quantity over quality.

I was in the store months ago and a gentleman took me around showing me everything I asked to look at. I didnt buy anything that day, fast forward to a couple days ago, I called in and talked to Bill who knew right away the furniture I was referring to and set up payment and delivery for the very next day! And I live more than an hour away! The sectional I bought is beautiful and great quality. The customer service is amazing! Thank you!

Had a small problem a year after purchasing a recliner. They were able to repair the recliner in less than 48 hours. Very courteous to deal with. Thank you!

After considering purchasing a desk for a while, I decided to stop in to Towne Centre Furniture to see what they had to offer. I was exceptionally pleased with the fantastic customer service with no pressure to buy, as well as the vast selection of products available. Many of their designs are unique from what one would typically find in a furniture store. I was greeted in a friendly and pleasant manner by 2 female employees upon entering the location at the Towne Centre Mall. Parking is ample (and is free.) I appreciated that the employees were available if I wanted to ask questions, but they allowed me to look around on my own when I told them I just wanted to look around. I was there for around 30 min. and was surprised at the plentiful and varied stock that they have on sofas, chairs, beds, dressers, coffee tables, large appliances and more. I was impressed with the high quality of the merchandise, but since they are in the midst of a store-wide clearance sale, I also noted the pricing is *very* good. I saw several ‘one of a kind’ large plush club chairs, some selling for as low as $200 after saving $500! My dream desk has been found – It’s *perfect* for those who are on the computer a lot at their desks, as you can simply stand at it since it's at counter top height. It is made from a beautiful, deep, dark natural wood with a huge surface area. It's on sale for $1300, after saving $500. Towne Centre Furniture is community minded, too, and I appreciate that. In 2018 for the Rotary Club Dream Home Lottery, they supplied the furniture for the media room! I also love that they are a long-running (over 35 years in business) at that location! My parents used to shop there, as well! The longevity speaks volumes to me about the stellar customer service, product and prices at Towne Centre Furniture. I plan on making them my #1 choice for furniture.

I would encourage those looking for friendly faces, good service and very good quality furniture, to go to Towne Centre Furniture. I bought a living room set, and was very happy with the purchase and the service I received.
