I had these Cabinets put in to our kitchen, laundry room and four bathrooms eight years ago and they have been incredible! We have had zero issues in that entire time. Thank you Suncrest!

Very poor quality cabinets. We've had these cabinets for less than three years and their peeling on the underside. I had Ikea in my last place installed and never a problem!

This company provided me with the best service and product I’ve ever had.

Absolute worst service experience in the history of mankind - period. I was once an optimist whom believed that people were innately good, but these heartless, non-caring individuals single-handedly destroyed my once positive state. I won’t delve into all the details of my poor service experience with suncrest (proper name left uncapitalized on purpose) as it conjures up memories too painful for me to revisit. The bottom line is stay away from this business at all costs as they will use exceedingly poor materials and install your kitchen cabinets so fast and without ANY attention to detail that you’ll be sure the installer is getting paid by the number of these catastrophes he can put together in one day. Want service?? They will delay, delay, delay and ignore your service requests until they’ve exhausted you into submission - great business model by the way! I actually feel like I’m doing them a favour by rating them 1 star out of 5 but there is no option to go any lower on Google.

Cabinets are ok, but the soft closers are garbage. Not one has lasted beyond a year. I tried to see if replacements were available, but I have received zero responses. IKEA has a 25 year warranty - my last kitchen with them was way better
