This is the fourth kitchen that Harbour City Kitchens (HCK) has installed cabinets for us. The quality has always been excellent. Thanks and appreciation go to HCK: The receptionists for answering all our questions for the last two months; Dave who precisely measured for your terrific design; your cabinet makers for crafting such sturdy and beautiful cabinets; the two delivery chaps who efficiently delivered the cabinets on time; Roger (the service head) for his good humour and great communication; Matthew for his creativity and achievement of perfection during installation and you Tim Philipchalk for describing the choices available to us and for managing such a wonderful team. With many thanks, two very happy customers Katherine and David Haughton

I have been dealing with Harbour City for the past 3 years, I highly recommend Phil as he's doing the most recent installs in a custom house I am building. Phil is highly skilled in his line of work, he is conscientious and driven by customer service. The quality of the cabinets and the timelines provided for delivery, install and job completion is best in the industry.

We have been to harbour city kitchens twice to get a large reno for our kitchen. The lady that helped us went into great depth to create a file and ask us questions as to what we were looking for. She stated that someone would get back to us with a quote within a week. We never heard from anyone again. This happened twice with 2 different houses. Not impressed.

As second owner of my house I had an issue with my cupboards about 5 years after they were installed. I can say Harbour Kitchens stood behind their product and we're still very happy with our kitchen. They do seem to be a bit busy at the store, but my problem was looked after.
