We were so impressed with all the staff at Summerhill from the design to the install. They paid great attention to detail and the end result was fantastic. They all made it an easy process and we couldn’t be more happy with our new kitchen. Thank you for a great job.

We had our kitchen reno done by Summerhill almost 5 years ago. We noticed last month that one cupboard door was out of line so went in to request someone to come and check it out, thinking it might have to be replaced. They are busy so we had a bit of a wait for a service call but when he came to our house he almost immediately knew what was wrong - one attachment to the wall had been missed - was put in and all the alignment came into place. Great job and our thanks - we still love our kitchen.During my research I found that Sarah was the only consultant I worked with who never said 'No - you can't have that' - so she listened well and all is great. I never hesitate to recommend Summerhill to friends or acquaintances or people who like my kitchen, too. Anne

My Husband and I recently bought cabinets for our kitchen Reno from SummerHill. I am overly impressed with how things turned out, the delivery/installation went smooth, the men were great answering my questions and quick to fix things I didn’t like! I like the fact that they are a local company, willing to put the customer first! Would recommend to friends and family for sure.

Working with Summerhill Kitchens was a joy. Shen turned my wishlist into a reality. Some glue was spilled and i was afraid my new floor would have to be taken up but Tavis made two trips with diffeent products and managed to remove all the mess. All in all, it was a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really friendly and mostly knowledgeable staff. I'm giving them only a passing grade because they were so sloooow getting the product to us. Partly due to the fact it's hard to find, but also because it took them longer than it should have to get the order going. I just gave them another star because of how they're going above and beyond to take care of us. Thanks Summerhill.

(Update March, 2017 They completed the work recently. It took almost nine months. We like our kitchen, and the customization afforded, and the quality of the hardware seems good but the delay and lack of communication, and lack of compensation for the inconvenience caused by them pursuing other jobs while we waited was quite frustrating. Our friends when with a local Ikea kitchen supplier/installer and start to finish was 5 weeks.) Original review -- We were renovating our house last summer and redoing the small/mid-sized kitchen. We considered Ikea cabinets as they were a bit less expensive and friends went that route and found it quick and painless, but decided to go with Summerhill Kitchens as we thought the options and customer service would be better. We ordered the cabinets last July. Meeting with the saleslady went well as she was attentive, easy to meet with and had good suggestions. We hoped the entire process would be as smooth—it wasn't. Here we are six months later and the job still isn't finished and we can't get a commitment as to when it will be. No one has been by in weeks and we can't get a reply from the company. The cabinets were originally to be installed in September as we had planned to have our family settled for Thanksgiving but due to some delays the boxes were only installed first week of October. They just installed the boxes and said they were busy and could not get back to install the doors right away so we had Thanksgiving in our unfinished kitchen. We asked when they would be back to finish but didn't get a firm answer. A few weeks later we asked again when they were coming as we had family arriving to stay with us for Remembrance Day. We didn't hear any response back after several attempts and no one came so our parents visited us in our unfinished kitchen. It was over a month before another worker showed up. We kept asking them to send someone back to finish the job and in December, someone came by and made some progress but still didn't finish. Now here we are past the middle of January, about four months after the cabinets were to be installed and the job still isn't finished. We have tried to move the process along as best we could. We have contacted them numerous times seem to be getting nowhere. The last couple months only our contractor could get a reply and the best explanation he could get was that 'they were busy'. What started well has become quite frustrating.
