This is a customer service review. I was calling to offer to showcase their business on a new marketing piece I am doing which would have been great for them however I only got out 6 words then they said "Do what ever you want. Good bye." The only reason why I am writing this is because in business, the #1 most important thing in my professional opinion is making each person who reaches out to any of our businesses, feel appreciated. You never know who is calling and why. The one you hang up on could mean $1000's of dollars to your company. Or maybe it could take away $1000's from future business you could have won if you choose to treat them like dirt. I am sure you do great work, but how I am treated means more to me than the great work you do. Because now I will never want to know. Ever. Nor will I ever recommend you. Thank you in advance for considering improving the ways you treat people.

Mike is a craftsman and has been in the cabinet business since way before I first worked with him. He understands kitchen cabinetry completely, and does the finest work I have seen. I have used him for 2 new kitchen projects and I got his name and number from someone who has used him for many years on many projects. The previous reviewer doesn't understand the mindset of business owners like Mike and myself, who get besieged almost daily with marketing calls of all kinds. Sometimes being abrupt with these people is the best way to handle them. Sincerely, Joe MacKinnon from Prosmart Construction Inc.
