I have used Kirkwood Kitchens for renovations of both my home and my office, and I could not be happier with the service and the product. Pete has genius design ideas, Drew is fantastic with fabrication and Luke and Al do an amazing job of installing. This is a family run business who pride themselves on friendly, quality customer service. They will go the extra mile for you, making sure your project comes in on time and on budget. Use Kirkwood - you will be very happy with the finished product!

Company came out to take measurements and look at kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We discussed everything in detail how we would like it done. When drawings/quote came back it was not as discussed so we sent an email letting them know. We never heard back so my mom called and were told the things they had changed were a "non issue" when they were a big issue for us, and that he would not come back out as he "didn't have time for that". My mom was upset and tried to tell him they were an issue and she wanted it fixed. Our contractor contacted the guy we were dealing with and we were supposed to receive an updated drawing. We never received it so I called back and the guy was off sick (again) so I asked if someone else could help us as we're on a time crunch and need to get this project done. I was told no. This morning we received an email stating they are withdrawing from providing us a quote. It's my opinion if you bring a company in to give a quote and discuss what you want done, you would receive a quote just as discussed. Not be told changes the company made were a "non issue". Very disappointed in this company.
