I went to Dream Easy Kitchens looking for a drawer handle from a Kitchen reno done by them probably about 10+ years ago. They had some leftovers in stock & they went in the back room to dig one out for me. You don't find this type of great service everywhere these days. Much appreciated & highly recommend Dream Easy Kitchens :)

We were very happy with all we had done with Dreameasy. Installers were great. The process was easy. Our office space with Murphybed And built-in storage helped sell our condo. We had refaced our kitchen and vanities as well With Dreameasy-no issues at all-we were pleased with everything.

This is the worst company you could consider for kitchen or bathroom cabinets and new counter tops (located in Kelowna and Vernon). They will provide you with the most inferior quality product in the market place yet lead you to believe you are getting superior quality to what you already have. I have solid wood thick cabinet door facings (maple) and they took advantage of my lack of knowledge of materials by delivering me particle board/melamine cabinet facings hoping I would not notice. I picked the style and colour yet they never told me it was not available in solid wood. I was informed by a previous employee that they were too ashamed to work with this company as he/she witnessed how they never informed their customers as to what they were really getting. They also stated that this company is dishonest and treats their customers unfairly and with no respect. I recently met with another unsatisfied customer who received the lowest grade kitchen counter top. It cracked within months and this company refused to replace or fix it. I have done a lot of research and was not surprised to discover I am not alone when it comes to receiving the worst quality product in the market from this company. They will not refund or return any products either. My only regret is not discovering the negative reviews on the internet about this company in advance. I would have never invited them into my home...and I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs.

The worst absolute worst company in Kelowna. Very poor customer service, no communication, Sylvia was horrible to deal with, Blair the owner was even worse! Delivery guys bring in cabinets, dented up walls while telling us how bad Dreak Easy Kitchen is to work for and quite vulgar about Sylvia and Blair referring to her as a B**ch and Blair as an As**ole. Insisted on money up front or they wouldnt deliver product. Once cabintes were partially installed, they wouldnt come back to finish the job, cut sinks or fix there multiple errors. Blair was very nice to the males he spoke to, not very knowledgeable but nice however, very rude, condescending and arrogant to my female client. Not too sure how these people are still in business. Do Not Use these people, once you pay them, they are near impossible to get a hold of. They will ruin your renovation or build by having no consideration for your schedule.

Hands down the worst renovation project ever. Very poor quality cabinets and absolutely no customer satisfaction.
