I dealt with Brian for the Design and ordering of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops. I found him to be professional, patient and knowledgeable with competitive prices. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to postpone my build. Brian promptly returned the deposit with no issues which showed professional good will. I'm sure you will find him pleasant and easy to deal with.

Brian did a great job. He helped me to pick up the stone and color for my counter top which I really appreciate because I had no idea about materials. The the official the installation everything went smoothly. He arrived on time and in a matter of hours everything was in place. My kitchen looks bigger and brighter now. I would recommend Brian services in a heartbeat.

I would not recommend Mr. Harkin's services to anyone. He was accommodating at the beginning of the job but by the time we were closing in at the finish, we had to pay the suppliers to receive the cabinet doors and hardware for him to install. The counters were held up because he didn't have the funds to pay for them. We paid him in full with a promise from him to get and install the final two cabinet doors. Our mistake.....he never did show up even though we called at least a couple of times and he kept promising to come...we were still waiting a year later. Finally we got the two cabinet doors made ourselves and have them installed on our dime. Also withing six months of installing the cabinets some of the edging on the cabinet bases has started to peel. This individual is not trustworthy and I tell anyone who is thinking of renovating a kitchen not to use his services. I am in the process of reporting him to the Better Business Bureau.

I would not recommend Brian for your project. He is not serious in delivering. He signed the contract with me to start August 6, 2017. He delay until end of September and is almost middle of December and the kitchen is not finished his lack of customer service had put me behind and overlapping with other projects. Every single week there is a different excuse to delay the project.

Brian Harkin of Kitchen Concepts in Sechelt installed a kitchen in my North Vancouver house. When I moved to the Sunshine Coast he installed a large white kitchen in my new home as well as 3 bathrooms; when I reno'd an older home next, also on the coast he installed Shaker style cupboards in the kitchen in light maple with formica countertops; when I next flipped a home in Halfmoon Bay he manufactured a peninsula to add to existing layout and installed new formica countertops throughout;. For my new home in Roberts Creek he installed cherry bathroom kitchen cupboards with formica tops and last year I had him switch out the formica in the kitchen and install Silestone countertops. I also had him install a second kitchen in this home. I have been very pleased with the workmanship. The Silestone tops took alittle longer than to have formica tops made up, but I'm thrilled with the result, especially the undermount sink. I guess you could say I'm a repeat customer! I like doing business with companies from my community and understand the challenges of small companies to compete with the Big Boys.
