Kamcraft was recommended to us and the sales person Satwinder was very detailed with us on the design of our cabinets came to our home and measured everything perfectly. The install was awesome they were neat and precise. We are loving the new cabinets. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Do not do business with this company. By far the worst experience, out of all of the companies hired to build our new South Surrey home they were the worst. Completely ruined the excitement of our brand new home. Nothing was completed as we requested, they used cheap material when originally promised the best workmanship. The owner is extremely rude and refuses to admit his mistakes. He promised us everything would be perfect and now wants to leave the job without completing. He has not apologized, and is instead rude and defensive.

Know what they’re doing

Even one star is too much for this company. I trusted their salesperson Fred when he provided me with a quote for my project. I even went to a builder's house to view the product and get feedback on this company before giving them my business. To my bad luck, they don't' treat all their customers the same. Although Fred did my quote i somehow ended up working with Charnjit (one of the owners). I had specifically mentioned that i wanted all pine and maple product used for my house. They used MDF in some locations. When i questioned Charnjit on this I was told the for the upper boxes of the kitchen they use this material as those cabinets have glass and the pine color would show through and not look good. I was not told this when the quote was done. I have a strong feeling that they didn't do all my doors in maple either. One of the drawers in my powder washroom came slightly chipped and i could clearly see it was not wood. Again when i questioned them on this, they simply changed the drawer door with no explanation. On top of this i had a super long list of deficiencies. Mostly it was related to paint problems such as the colors being mixed up, some pieces not being properly painted, lots of visible unsightly marks on the darker colors. After a year of living in the house, i can really tell how bad the quality of their job is. I have so many chips of paint on doors showing the bad quality of paint, one of my cabinets has soaked a little bit of water as its too close to a sink, making it all puffy which means the material used is not wood (why didn't' they advise me not to put a cabinet to the counter near the sink?) not to mention the stuff they they never came back to fix from the deficiencies list. To anyone looking to give them their business please DON"T. Although they have an A+ rating with BBB they definitely are not A+. They may be honest with some of their big builders but to the small people they will not be honest and will take lots of shortcuts like in my job to make money for themselves. They are dishonest and the quality sucks!! I will never go back to them and I hope that this review will help someone else stay away. How can the owners of a company promise you maple and pine and then take shorts cuts and deliver a cheaper quality material knowing there is no way of checking for the clients to make sure what they are getting is what was ordered. Such dishonesty!
