This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a contractor ordering my cabintes. He said he used a great company called 6 Square Cabinets. Of course having your kitchen ripped apart is always a a hassle. I was looking forward to completing my project once the product was delivered. Unfortunately not all the cabinets were delivered together. They lost part of my order. Which lead to a delay of countertops being installed and the kitchen being put back together. This delayed the project about 3 weeks. After receiving the last part of the delivery there were 2 drawers that were discolored. They appeared pink, not the maple I had ordered. They did not match the rest of the cabinets at all. It took 4 months and 4 different shipments to finally get the color right. After asking for reimbursement for the terrible service and long delay I was told they do not ever compensate in a monetary form. They just make the product right in the end. I can not even describe the disquist I have over this long ordeal. I would highly recommend never using 6 square cabinets, unless you like headaches.

Fantastic company. High quality, on time delivery, beautiful cabinets. I couldn't be happier.

I am a dealer for these cabinets. They are Chinese cabinets. Please be aware their "white" is not really white. It is dirty dishwasher white. Also, their cream color, called vanilla, is very very yellow. I am now waiting on extra parts....they have lost my order....and worst of all - management will never talk to you. Fyi...these are also sold under another name - Clique Studios.

I have never been so appalled with any company I have dealt with. This is the first negative review of any kind I have ever left for a company. I own a cabinetry company in South Carolina and ordered 3 different kitchens from this company in a short time period. While the company portrays itself as an American semi custom line these are Chinese cabinets and the skew they offer is extremely limited. I learned they are painted and assembled in Indiana but made in China. On one project the panels we ordered for a kitchen did not match the cabinets and caused us to have a very unhappy customer. We ended up having to dispose of the panels 6 square sent us and had to have paint matched locally with higher quality cabinet grade wood in order to complete the project. this cost us additional time and money. When I contacted their management to complain the customer service manager was very rude and he took absolutely no accountability for the fact I was sent non matching products for the same kitchen. The cost of the materials was excessive considering the quality was poor and not what we were expecting. To date I have received no refund for materials and have given them every opportunity to make it right. The final straw for me was on a different project when I had to drive 27 hours round trip to pick up cabinets that I was told would arrive where I needed them to be weeks earlier. Despite the fact that I made it abundantly clear to customer service that these cabinets were needed on time, when I arrived in Indiana to collect them the warehouse manager informed me they just received the order the day before. Customer service had informed me they had been sent to production weeks earlier. When i arrived the cabinets were not ready yet. Had they not known I was driving up there who knows how much longer this single order would have taken? I have never had to drive to a company warehouse to collect my materials and had no choice on this occasion because we had to wait so long that it could have prevented a house closing and created issues for several people involved. I did 3 kitchens in 6 square cabinets, all customers were unhappy, and then we removed their display from our showroom. Since this time we have not had any issues with any of our installs and we have a very good reputation with A+ reviews. Dealing with this company however caused several issues for our company which originated due to terrible customer service from 6 Square Cabinets. We did take care of the problems locally but with no help from 6 Square Cabinets. Its very difficult to satisfy any customer when the cabinets do not match and are ready several weeks after they are supposed to be!
