We worked with AJ, he was very knowledgeable about the cabinet making process and materials used. We asked if the custom vanity could be expedited before placing order. AJ was in constant communication. High quality vanity. Two things I was disappointed by: if using a credit card Brakur charges a fee; and they are veteran owned but do not offer a discount to veterans.

This is the second time attempting to use Brakur. I have tried to use them because my builder installed Brskur in 1988. The first time was for a kitchen remodel, where I found their approach slow, arrogant, and expensive. This time 2018, we tried to use them for a 3 bathroom remodel. Unfortunately, they have not changed. After hiring a contractor I emailed their salesman to move forward. It took a few days too hear back, at which time Don said I'm going on vacation. I will call in a week when I get back, and then we can get something scheduled after that. Preferring to not delay, I went in to their offices, and asked if someone else could take my order as to not wait 2 to 3 more weeks to get started. At first they said no, I repeated the request, and after a 30 minute wait, with no other customer Matt came out. He took my information, said he would get a measure scheduled Thug or Fri. Never heard back. Waited until Tuesday of the following week and called. At which time Matt wasn't available, they randomly connected me back to Don. The guy who already wasted 2 weeks. Morale of the story is they are more important then you. Read the other reviews. They are true, other than the plants. Expensive, lazy, and it's their schedule not yours that matters. Good luck! .

So happy to do business with them. The quality and service are outstanding. I don't know why people are leaving reviews that are below par. Guessing since there's only 7 reviews, all the good ones go unmentioned. I highly recommend them, beautiful job!

We had an exceptional experience working with Brakur Custom Cabinetry as part of our kitchen remodel. We did a full gut kitchen remodel and one of the goals was to maximize our cabinet space. Our designer at Brakur (Andi) was extremely helpful throughout the entire project. She provided very creative ideas to maximize cabinet space while incorporating a variety of features such as a built-in cabinet door spice rack, knife drawer, etc. Andi was also very patient as we revised the cabinet layout a few times. The quality and craftsmanship of their cabinets is unmatched. Options such as soft close drawers and doors are standard with Brakur whereas these are considered 'upgrades' with other cabinet vendors. Their customer service was very helpful and responsive as two cabinets were damaged during the remodel by other contractors and Brakur promptly repaired and replaced the damaged cabinets at no additional cost. This is our second project with Brakur as we finished our basement 5 years ago and they provided all of the cabinets for that project as well. Since working with them 5+ years ago we have not had any issues, concerns or regrets and would highly recommend them for any new construction or remodeling cabinet needs.
