We chose Gateway Kitchen and Bath to renovate our 1970's closed concept kitchen and could not be happier with our decision. Removing 2 walls led to a complete renovation on almost the entire main floor of our home, and the transformation has been amazing. In our experience, Gateway delivered on every single aspect they promised. They provide a detailed day-by-day schedule so every step of the way we knew exactly what to expect. This was a fairly extensive project, and the only delays were due to an aspect of the project we used a different company for, Gateway to their credit rescheduled their trades to accommodate this unforeseen delay. The entire team at Gateway was unbelievable and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any kitchen or bath project (and we have recommended them). Our designer, Lori was a pleasure to work with and made a potentially stressful kitchen renovation so much easier to deal with. Shout out to Mitch (installer), Dorothy (scheduler) and the entire team for setting the bar. They aren't the cheapest, but their thorough estimates reduce the likelihood of surprises, and if you want a company that does what they say they will, and sticks to a schedule then Gateway will not disappoint. Highly recommended!!

We worked with Eve on our kitchen renovation project. She was professional, listened to our requirements, provided good feedback and ideas, and some great design suggestions for our new space. Thanks Eve, for everything you did!

Great showroom at Gateway location, where you can see anything from traditional to modern styles. Eve has been our designer for a couple projects, the process was seamless and we loved how she integrated our personal style into the design we envisioned. Everything was planned and scheduled by Eve, we loved that we didn’t have to worry about anything. Eve was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and easy to deal with. The biggest compliment a designer could receive is when friends and family love what they see so much that they wouldn’t consider anyone else.

We needed new counters in our kitchen. Bella met with my wife, discussed how the kitchen was used to determine the best type counter for our kitchen. She worked closely with Alice to select the best counter at the best price and was able to make modifications to our kitchen to give it a fresh new look and improve the workspace.. After a short period of time, a tradesman arrived and fitted a counter perfectly into our kitchen. The company kept us informed throughout the process. We are very pleased with the experience and our kitchen looks great!.

Lori was amazing. She went above and beyond with helping us as we built a new home and had Gateway design and build our kitchen, bar, bathrooms and many other built in’s. She was with us each step of the way. It made the whole process so enjoyable. The service was excellent and we enjoyed having them work in our home and would recommend having them! Thank you!
