If you are planning to do your dream kitchen, dealing with Kitchen Craft going to be your worst nightmare. Do not believe to the statement they advertise on their web-site about "timely and complete shipping". It is not going to happen. Kitchen Craft's policy is to get paid 100% prior to cabinets’ delivery. Once they get your money you are up for a long wait with absolutely no assurance that you will get exactly what you originally ordered. When our kitchen was delivered, three cabinets were missing. There was also defective and many wrong size cabinets, numerous shelves were missing, warped cabinet doors, etc. Should you chose to deal with Kitchen Craft be prepared for about six plus month wait and budget funds for your family for food take outs or dining out. This will greatly increase your final kitchen project cost and can be major inconvenience, especially if you have children. Kitchen Craft’s General Manager, Mr. John Anderlum is a scam artist and master manipulator who believes that customer has no rights. After failing to timely complete project due to Kitchen Craft's multiple screw-ups, Mr. Anderlum will attempt to engage customers to sign “Legal Releases” expecting customers to waive their basic rights outlined in the “Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms”, e.g.: opinion, thoughts and expression in exchange for “compensation”. When questioned, he states that this is: “their corporate requirement”…. Corporate requirement to take customer rights away. Should you chose to keep your rights, proposed compensation will be Null and Void. Once taken to Court, Mr. Anderlum, under oath, will lie and as part of his defense, submit unsigned “terms and conditions” that customer never seen before. Beware of the following Kitchen Craft’s (KC) scam: When ordering your kitchen, KC sales requires customer to sign “Standard Agreement for the supply of goods and /or services”. This document requires Buyer’s Name, Signature and Date. Attached with this agreement is a “Specification sheet”. Later, once problems arise and matter taken to court, Kitchen Craft General Manager, Mr. Anderlum will attend hearing and argue that the second page is not a “Specification sheet” but “Terms and Conditions” – document that customer never seen and signed. What a skillful manipulation with paperwork. Be careful and good luck with your project.

We are on our second kitchen from Kitchen Craft Kenaston store. Excellent quality excellent service. Both kitchens came as planned and drawn up, they had an excellent installer that we used for both installs, I am sure a good installer makes all the difference. The cabinets were delivered, Kitchen Craft had them un packed installed with no mess in both our places, the installer had a vacuum system for cutting, we didn’t find any dust related to the install at all, we are the most happy with that part. All the cardboard boxes were folded up and tied up and ready for the recycling, all we had to do was bring it to the curb. We have had the first kitchen now for 2 years with absolutely no issues at all and the second one for almost a year, again no issues. Everyone who visits absolutely LOVES our kitchen(s) right down to the 'soft close' and mixer stand features. We highly recommend Kitchen Craft to anyone who wants to deal with a very professional company!

We had Kitchen Craft design and install our kitchen. We were very impressed with the designers knowledge and very happy with the installation. So happy that we had them design and install our ensuite bathroom and master bathroom. Great Customer Service and a pleasure to deal with.

In Dec. 2010, we received outstanding service, from the beginning of kitchen design to purchase and installation. The quality of the materials and the professional installation was magnificent. Our kitchen functions beautifully and looks as gorgeous as the first day it was installed. Will be having more work done by Kitchen Craft soon.
