They came, they installed. everything about the process was uber awesome and the kitchen looks AMAZING!!! the team is friendly, professional and efficient. i would highly recommend them. just NU it!!

Nu-Life has just renovated our kitchen and they have done a wonderful job. The process was explained well, they were very helpful as we decided on finishes, counter tops, back splash etc. Not once did they try to up-sell us on a product. A schedule was provided to us well in advance of the beginning of the job and the contractors arrived on time every time. Nu-Life has exceeded our expectations. We have recommended them to others and would not hesitate to engage their services again.

I absolutely love my kitchen. I had it done about 5 years ago and I am still very satisfied. I love my pots and pans drawers and the soft close hinges. I have also recommended several people and they have been happy with the product and service.

We had a rather strange encounter with the owner of this company yesterday. We are a returning customer as we had a kitchen reface done by NuLife a number of years ago at a different property and we were pleased with their work. We paid for that work via our credit card and expected to do the same this time around in order to enjoy our card points feature. In fact when we looked up NuLife in the yellow pages to contact them, we noticed they indicate they take Visa Mastercard Cheque Cash. The owner came to our home the beginning of April and completed an estimate. There was no mention at the time that they take cash only now as they have changed their payment methods a few years ago. We decided to go ahead with NuLife and asked them to come out and do the final measurement yesterday. The owner came out, went over the estimate with us and then gave us a printed copy of their contract for our review while he began to measure. We noticed in that contract that they only take cheque (cash) for all payments; half of which would have been payable on completion of final measurement yesterday. We were not sure we wanted to pay cash only due to the fact that we would lose out on our card points and considering the fact that cash only was not previously pointed out by NuLife . In fact we do have the cash, however the owner demanded that we decide on the spot, or he would leave and not return. We felt this was undue pressure by him so we advised him to leave. We were very close to giving NuLife this job as we had spent a good deal of time in the estimate and consideration process. We will now go to their competition which may charge less for similar work and accept credit cards.We may also use a cash only contractor so long as they are up front about such a requirement.
