Harms Kitchen is very professional and operates under the highest standards. They were easy to deal with and addressed our concerns in a very timely and efficient manner. The products they carry are also of the highest quality - from materials and inserts to electrical appliances. They take GREAT pride in what they do and it shows in how they stand behind their products. Their customer service is in another league and they strive to make sure that their customers are happy, satisfied and feel cared for. They brought my dream kitchen to life by listening to my requests and suggesting items that I might enjoy using. The end result is a kitchen that is the epicentre and gathering place in our home and a kitchen that anticipates my needs and almost thinks for itself. Andre and his team (family) are professional and kind. Truly a lovely combination. The quality and beauty of our kitchen speaks for itself when others walk into it and exclaim how much they love it. I would recommend Harms Kitchen to the serious family chef who wants a beautiful, durable and highly functional kitchen for their home.

Stop looking. This is the team of pros you need and want. Andre and his guys can do it all, from design, material choices, and full completion. I brought him a single clipping of a design I liked, and he ran with it. This was the easiest and best reno I've ever been through, totally stress-free, fast, and, yes, fun! I am delighted with the result and would not have changed a thing. My project was a small condo kitchen gut job, but they managed to fit in a smart, fabulous high-end design that includes everything I could imagine and more. Andre's skilled crews are great - very professional, clean as they go, and are problem-solvers who work to a high standard. They are fussier than you are and pay attention to every little thing. This company works with you instead of at you. They treat you like you're their only client because they really listen and communicate, and work steadily. I can't say enough good things about them. Great work. Great design. Great products. Great experience. Forget the others and call them.

Having Harms remodel my kitchen was the right choice. From planning the entire kitchen, to installation, it was no problem. Andre was professional, prompt and on time! Installation was done by Wilhelm Harms, who is a perfectionist. Nothing was left to chance, it all flowed to perfection. Wilhelm also did all the massive tile work on both walls. Great job all the way around. The project looked just like the computer produced images at the planning stages. 5 star all the way.

We were looking for furniture when by accident, we spotted Harm’s Kitchen Design a couple of doors down at the same strip-mall. When I walked into their showroom my jaw literally dropped by their array of kitchen styles that were on display. Looking very high-end, I asked one of the owners (Andre) if Harm’s Kitchen Design sells to the pubic or just contractors. Andre said they work with the public and he showed us some of their product lines and their books with hundreds of great products/ideas. As I was in awe of their high-end quality cabinets from Germany, I asked Andre some questions and to get a rough idea of price. Now, most other stores I went to either wanted to make an appointment first for a fee, or I had to bring in exact lay-outs, and they still would only give me a very wide range of prices without knowing which line of products I wanted. Plus, they would charge for delivery, as well as installing and/or I would have to do the installation myself. Competitors I went to included Home Depot, Rona, Kitchen Craft and several smaller local stores. So, I was pleased when Andre drew up a rough floor plan from my estimated measurements right at that moment. He then walked me through the different levels of prices depending on the finish, trim, etc. While Andre was crunching numbers, I’m thinking, oh, oh, my champagne tastes are going to deflate my dreams for a new kitchen. Of course, I was pleasantly surprised by the estimate which was right in the middle of the competitors plus it included delivery and installation! I immediately booked Andre to come out and measure our new Harm’s Kitchen. As I was just starting to do a complete gut of our old house, I showed Andre what I was hoping to do with the living room and master bedroom. Andre came back the next day with other idea books for the living room and master bedroom. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and interest in my project plus he said they would store (for free) our finished cabinets at their place until I was ready for installing. Needless to say, we bought from Harm’s Kitchen our new cabinets for the kitchen, living room and master bedroom (pictures available). The crew, headed up by Wilhelm, did a super job with the installation, keeping everything tidy and clean like they were doing their own home. Wilhelm also assisted me on my minor problems that I had, making sure the plumbing and electrical was perfect so that the new cabinets would show their best. The quality and finishes are exact, the hardware is top notch with no operating problems and the styles are outstanding and still show like new 6 years later. The customer service before, during and after from Harm’s Kitchen Design made our project seamless and easy to complete on-time and on-budget. Friends and family have been really impressed (okay, jealous) with our new kitchen, living room and master bedroom. We have no problem recommending Harm’s Kitchen Design for your next kitchen project!
