If it was possible to give no stars, I would. DO NOT EVER BUY ANY CABINETRY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is the most horrendous company I have ever dealt with. My kitchen remodel has been horrific and has been going on since March 2018........IT IS NOW AUGUST 2018. We are on our 7th delivery of cabinetry because every order has come in completely damaged and destroyed and missing items. My cabinets came broken in half and were literally put out at the trash. We have paid thousands upon thousands of dollars for this disgrace. My contractor is furious and said he has never seen such terrible work as Shenandoah Cabinets. They are scum and will not even speak to us as a customer to apologize. This company should be ashamed of themselves and should close their business. Other customers reading this, please do not purchase from them because I do not want you to go through the nightmare that we are currently experiencing.

Buyer beware lifetime warranty is a PIA when the soft close drawers stopped working right away on 3 drawers, then another 2 stopped working they send you the parts, which they change over the years and let you to wonder how to uninstall and reinstall and then if that isn't enough, they can't send the right parts, and when they do they DON'T WORK. 2 drawers and 3 shipments of the rails and STILL THEY DON'T WORK right and that took 3 months to get all of the items and now I have to call and ask for 2 more rails and that will take them no JOKE 1 month to get to me to do it all over again. Don't buy these cabinets they are a JOKE when it comes to their lifetime warranty!

One cabinet came without a shelf, some shelf brackets missing. Two cabinets were ordered incorrectly by Lowes. .Cabinets took over a month to arrive. Now waiting over a month to get correct cabinets. Poor quality. Wood selection by manufacturer is poor. One door looks great and the one next to it with many imperfections which take the stain differently. Overall poor grade. Manufacturer's rep says it is in the wood, nothing they can do about it. If I were a cabinet manufacturer I would not let a product go out that way. Not worth the price. Very disappointed with the cherry wood and overall quality. Buyer beware.

Three months old and white paint is bubbling, chipping off drawers and sticking. We are a two person household so there isn't much wear and tear from us. No interest from representative about quality control-Lowes should discontinue this brand. Will go back to Kraftmaid when I can't put up with these any longer .

We ordered white mission style cabinets from this company through Lowe's. Our project was a complete over do of a early 80s kitchen that included installing an island with a second sink, double wall ovens, going from a stand alone range/oven to a cooktop with drawers below the cooking surface and an enclosed fridge. It was a complicated job. All of these changes included cabinetry from Shenandoah and we are very happy. We've done remodels before. Used Kraftmaid in one house and custom American cherry cabinets in another. For the money these are great. Nice quiet slow closing drawers and doors. So far, so good. We purchased many of the slide out shelves for the convenience. I love them. We also purchased finish panels for the side of the upper cabinets. We put wainscoting on three sides of the island. It worked out perfectly. We did a nice light rail under the uppers. This company had some nice trim choices. We ordered right after the first of the year. This, we know, is a slow time for cabinet makers so we got our shipment ahead of schedule and the freight company called ahead of time and we made arrangements to have it delivered and two guys carried it all in and the order was complete and correct. We did not start the project until March and since our project involved changing the kitchen around, we didn't unpack our cabinets right away. When we did we found out one pull out shelf was cracked in the back. No problem...they sent out another one. We got it in three days. Our shipping cartons were odd. It was a cardboard top and bottom but the sides were soft paper. I used them for drop cloths. LOL Make sure you get an order number with your order. I had to call to get mine...it was painless...but you need an order number to discuss any issues you might have or to talk to the shipping company. Measure everything three times. Have someone else measure too. It helps. It also helped to put an tape outline on the floor for my island to see how big it really was going to be. Give yourself room to be able to walk around opened doors. Make sure you have some nearby counter space to place things on when you take things out of the oven. Pull outs make finding things much easier. So worth the money. These people were great to work with. Listen to the pros if you're on the fence about something. It always pays off in the end.
