I recently worked with Vincent for a front porch window replacement and interior bead board installation. The customer service and communication was nothing short of FANTASTIC. I contacted Atlantic Millwork and promptly had an appointment setup for an onsite consultation and discussed various ideas and budgets. Vincent provided multiple options and took measurements to provide a quote which was received in 2 days! Once the windows arrival was confirmed I was contacted for installation and Vincent worked some magic and was able to work in the installation one week earlier than originally anticipated, and was able to start on the day the windows arrived. This worked perfectly around summer schedules and rentals and made the process extremely smooth. The workmanship and installation went very well and completed on schedule. Not being local has made jobs like this a challenge at time but my experience with the team at Atlantic couldn’t have been more positive. The professionalism, communication and great pricing made the entire experience a true pleasure. I could not be any happier to have worked with Atlantic Millworks, will work with them on future jobs and highly recommend them!

Do yourself a favor, and do NOT do business with this company. If I could give a "Minus 5 star", I would. They demonstrated complete ignorance and not much customer support. I spent $8,800 for 12 Simonton windows. First, I discovered that "wrapping" the frames was NOT included in the quote. What??? So, after being enticed to do business with them, they sprung this new charge on me. Wanting a professional installation with a "reputable" company, I agreed to the "hidden charge". "Top dollar for a first class installation", is what I thought. Did NOT turn out that way. The installation crew showed up to install what is called a "pocket window". That means that the old windows are removed from the old frame, then the replacements centered into the remaining rectangle, which should already be level, and square. What the "installation company" did, was actually remove the old window construct out of the frame of the house. They "thought" it was like a window installation into a new house. (!!!) And, they screwed up 2 of the "old" windows. Deduction: This "installation company" was not vetted, and there was no communication between them and Atlantic Millwork. Nor was there any aluminum for window wrapping! Nor did they bring shims nor levels to check their work! No insulation! Nor did they speak English! Nor did they understand what to do on my job site. I myself had to go to the store and purchase an aluminum "coil". Yes, me, the customer! They were the 3 Stooges! After about 1 full day of work, my HVAC guy came into my house, and he saw one of the new windows. He put both hands on the bottom window and shifted it from left to right. Not tight at all; just "slid around". He then checked out another window, raised the bottom window, put his right hand on the top of that bottom window, and PULLED IT RIGHT OUT OF THE FRAME !!!! Real tight, eh? Real weather resistant, eh? Pro job, eh? The caulking looked like 1st grade finger painting. I immediately fired them, and fired Atlantic Millwork. They took EVERYTHING out of my windows, leaving 7 gaping holes in my walls. I then went to Home Depot and purchased 4x8 sheets of 1/4 inch plywood to cover the holes. I also ordered a measurer from Home Depot to take a window order for new replacement windows to fill the holes which Atlantic Millwork was unable to install. I forecasted another 5 weeks in a dark home. I planned to spray paint "Atlantic Millwork" on the two front plywood patched windows. I also called Atlantic's "ML" to get my money back. Rather than lose my money, he offered another crew, and, attempting to keep my renovation moving forward, I accepted. That new crew was much better... they showed up with levels, spray insulation, shims, etc. I didn't like that they installed a 1"x1" plastic "addition" to the window sill, actually nailing it through the aluminum below, but they insulated and caulked fairly well. They spoke English and demonstrated customer service. Also, no one checked the order, so I had one window the wrong size, and another window damaged. That took several more weeks until that was fixed. ML, the big boss from Atlantic Millwork, told me: "We've not been in existence for 26 years if we can't install a window." I don't agree with this assessment at all. Their professionalism caused me lost time and a ton of heartache. They sent me the 3 Stooges. They insulted me. They offered me no compensation. THEY DON'T CARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I couldn't be more pleased in working with Atlantic Millwork for our new Quartzite countertops for our second home in Lewes, DE. First, they accommodated a store-opening FaceTime shopping experience (wife was not local for the store hours) and made that easy. We then were able to go to a warehouse in our area to see the larger slabs (as opposed to smaller samples). Working with ML was great... we ordered our product (50% down) and were able to schedule the day when the countertops would arrive (at least 7 days). We were also given 2 sets of pic files to choose from... and it was no problem to select most countertops from one pic and the final countertop from the other pic. There were a selection of free sinks that came with the countertops. All arrived exactly as was displayed in the pics. The crew was friendly and professional. I happily wrote the final check to Atlantic Millwork. They are knowledgeable, professional and really wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.

Our mudroom addition was the second time we had worked with Atlantic Millwork, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. Three years ago, when our kitchen was designed and installed by Atlantic, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. So, when we decided to install a wall of custom Medallion cabinets to be used as a mudroom space, Atlantic was obviously our first choice. M.L. and his team worked to create the cabinet design and Eric worked with us to create a beautiful, custom sliding barn door to use as a feature in the new space. Atlantic Millwork's team is topnotch and take customer service very seriously. Their hard work, knowledge, and dependability make them second to none. We couldn't be happier with our new space and look forward to enjoying it for years to come.
