My husband and I consulted Holly as part of our master bedroom ensuite renovation. Holly helped us design a bathroom that is both stunning and functional. We gave Holly a sense of our tastes and preferences and she was able to create a design that exceeded our expectations. She had knack for nudging us in the right the direction with the design in a gentle way that respected our tastes and lifestyle. It is clear that she has a keen eye for design, natural aptitude and talent that allowed our project to come together beautifully. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Holly to anyone we know!

We were very impressed with Myra at the Baxter office. She knows her stuff and had tons of good/creative ideas on how to maximize our closet space. We ended up buying custom closets for 2 bedrooms & our front entrance. She’s one of the best consultants available and together with Deslaurier’s awesome finishes and huge selection, the possibilities were endless. Myra tailored the design to our budget. We will definitely call Deslaurier Custom Cabintes for future work.

As a Local customer in ottawa, we are asked by our home builder to contact Deslaurier for our cabinet. First year, I report several issues about cabinet with less glue used. Second year, problem arise again some other place caused less nail used. Such a Bad quality workmanship. It was supposed to be a high quality cabinet builder. But after such a rapid growing, it seems like quality control is out of control right now. I don't want to give one star at all. They charge its service with high cost , but provide really low service. ========================================= The vice president Mr. Jim Deslaurier, just contacted us for the repair. I think that this company treat its reputation seriously. He promised to fix all the problems around this kitchen island. I am very happy with their quick response and professional explanation for everything.

Bought a Deslaurier kitchen about a year ago. Positive experience. Showroom experience was decent in the design phase, as was the installation. Only blip in the process was some damage caused during install. Service team came in afterwards and fixed everything, good as new. Very happy with everything and extra happy with the way everything was serviced in the end. Awesome product, awesome kitchen which we are always happy to show off and entertain in. Recommended, hands down.

Buyer beware. Sales staff were good, product was as ordered but the cabinet installation was of poor quality (counter install was ok though) and they were very slow or non-responsive when it came to inspecting it and fixing it. After months I finally gave up trying and am stuck with a cabinet that is not worth the significant money they charged me for it. Unfortunately, they make you pay before installation so you are stuck. I would not recommend this company or their installers!
