We had our old kitchen torn out and a complete new kitchen installed by 1 Stop Kitchens and we are very pleased. Donnie called us often to let us know when to expect work to be done and everything arrived and was installed right on time. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and also with the new bathroom vanity which was done as well. We would definitely recommend Donnie Hynes and his company.

The actual counter top was fine but the service was lacking. They do not take debit or credit which is a major inconvenience and the day I went to pick it up they closed early unannounced so I could not install it that night when I already had a crew to install it.

I am writing in response to Aram's unfortunate experience with our business. We are a husband and wife team who take great pride for almost 20 years in our business and pleasing our customers. The situation you spoke of was an unfortunate situation that I would like to address. My husband, children and I were out of the country (in Italy) on family business when this took place. We had left our trusted employee to run the showroom. Sadly and unexpectedly, his dad died and as you can imagine he had no alternative but to close the showroom, put a note on the door, and attend to his mom and funeral arrangements. Had we been anywhere but in another country we would have happily opened after hours(as we often do) to accommodate you and allow for convenient pick up. Please accept our apologies.
