This is a terrible company with a HORRIBLY managed operations department and abhorrent customer service. Here's what we've dealt with so far: Timberlake ordered the wrong door replacement for cabinet, broke new door when technician arrived at house, and the most infuriating, the customer service dept. has made three errors in regard to appointment scheduling They went so far as to call the WRONG CUSTOMER and "confirm" they would cancel our appointment. When I call asking where the technician is, they say they called us, but they DID NOT. Did they take the time to verify you're speaking with the customer? NO! Cannot even manage that! Next up the technician missed appointments without calling, he has showed up at the wrong time/date. The frustration with this company has been endless, going on five months now. STAY AWAY from TIMBERLAKE!

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I've been trying for two months to have someone call me from the warranty department about the cabinets hardware that keeps coming unscrewed/falling off hinges, to no avail. House is only two years old. Multiple phone calls to warranty department and no one obviously cares. Please do not purchase cabinets with this business if you have a choice. We didn't, because we built in a neighborhood that contracted with them. Unfortunately, next step is BBB.

We had an apt set up for a cabinet door replacement within a two hour window. No one showed no one called. It is obvious that the customer is not the customers focus. I have experience many of things other people have commented on in their reviews. Would recommend shopping around.

I see that many customers are very happy with this company. But I am not. They have warranty for 5 years which is good but let's say if you have problems after 3-4 years they will say that the cabinets design that you have is no longer out there and need a special order and there you go they will take weeks-months to fix that single cabinet. I had almost whole kitchen cabinets to replace so imagine how long I have been going back and forth. It's been over 1.5 year and still I am left with one cabinet to install. Their customer service is good but the way they work is terrible. Instead of me waiting for over a year if the design that I had was not available they could have given me some different design and fixed all my issues in just weeks. Today I talked to them and again no info on the last cabinet. They say they cannot track the order that they place. Which seems BS to me. I am waiting for their call today and if no update I am calling Better Business Bureau and filing a complain by tomorrow. Please be careful of the warranty ....Any questions please email me and will explain all.

They make nice cabinets but that's where the positives end. If you need customer service or have warranty issues, you'll be very disappointed. When you call, you'll always get voice mail, and they never return you calls. Even after going online and submitting an issue to the corporate customer care team, they still can't seem to take care of simple issues. After repeated calls and emails, I still have a broken cabinet drawer in my bathroom after 6 months.
