We bought a house in 2014. It is beauitful. The one thing we loved was the kitchen. As time passed drawers wouldn't open all the way. Door would not stay closed etc. So I asked the real Estate agen brad colbert to see who made the kitchen as it the house was only 5 years old. He told me your style kitchens. So I called to see if any of it was covered under warranty. I left a message and never heard a word back. So I continued to call and leave my name and number. After 3 weeks a man by the name of Paul called me back. I told him about what was happening. He said he would come and take a look. Another month passed and I had to call To remind him to come and see the house. He finally showed 2 weeks later. Said yes it was their kitchen but thought the install was horrible. ( his words not mine). He said he would go back to office and find paperwork on it and call me back. I chuckled and even made the comment "sure you will". So after another month passed yup you guessed it I had to Call him back. He tells me he can't find the paperwork on the house ( really only 5 years old, did all The kitchens here on this road) but can't find this house. Lol. So he suggest that we go halfs on the cost of fixing the kitchen. I say send me the prices and I will let you know. So this is now September and I saw him in June. I figure people should know he is in no rush to do anything that does not suit him. His customer service was and is horrible. And the quality of the kitchens is no where near where it should be. So once again a huge shout out to your style kitchens. Maybe you should think of your old customers as well as new ones Jill
