Communication is not their best asset . If you have a concern or question , it has to go through many levels of management in the company before you get an answer . Make certain , that the delivery date of your dream kitchen is exact , we had to wait at least 2 months beyond our promised delivery date . Also , read your contract in detail , as you will quickly find out that some items are not covered , apparently they have what is referred to as an above and beyond request list ??? Still trying to figure that one out ... The good news is that , when they do deliver, the craftsmanship and quality of the cabinets are beautiful , it is just the process to get to that stage that is the nightmare . I wish , I could give them a higher rating , but because of all their delays , our kitchen cost 40 percent more beyond what we paid to progressive . Now , there are 2 items left to be completed , and apparently we have been informed , that we will have to finish at our own cost . In conclusion , they have the tools and materials to fabricate a beautiful kitchen for you , but you better be able to take a lot of stress throughout the process .

Avoid this company.! They do not care one bit about the delivery and install of their product. Showroom visits, leaving voice mails and sending emails are not followed up. And then when the owner finally appears to take ownership he denies receipt of emails and voicemails, throws an employee under the bus whilst he failed to follow up in the first place and refuses to correct their mistakes and shortcomings. No, go to one of the local companies where they take pride in their work and make sure that your dream is fulfilled according to what you agree upon. Only at Progressive they cut short toe kicks, crown mouldings and provide you with wine racks that have not holes with the same height and width.
