I have purchased lights for many homes over 30 years. The challenge is visualizing your finished setting and function of your new space. My visit to station 12 and meeting Annette was a relief. I knew what I liked and she looked at my choices and made recommendations that actually completed my home. Her honesty and knowledge is worth a lot when you have so many details to consider. I sincerely appreciated her knowledge and efficiency. I have met many trades people in regards to home improvement and Annette is A+. Your decisions are yours but having guidance and recommendations that finish the project is rare all while experiencing pleasant two way conversation. Thank you Annette for ease in these transactions and knowledge you share thru your efforts in education of your profession

Station 12 scores high marks for service, selection & price point. Rec’d friendly greeting upon arrival & promptly connected with Annette (lighting professional). Not only did she provide stylish/practical solutions to our somewhat challenging project, but also had the unique talent for making the whole experience fun filled, stress free & kept us on budget. What a Gem...thank you Annette!

First time in and was pleasantly surprised by the selection of lighting. The staff were friendly and not pushy and very helpful. I recommend stopping in, nothing else like this place in the city!

Update - the owner called me, apologized and said changes have been made in the protocol to avoid these errors and delays in delivery. Also more importantly a staff meeting was held to address everything I've shared below. The apology was sincere and I feel moving forward the staff will handle these things better. *Truly the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered pendant lights for above my kitchen island, after 3 months still no sign of the lights. I called every few weeks and was told 'they will arrive next week'. No one ONCE apologized for the delay or the inconvenience. Finally I went in person to get answers and was told 'they lost the order on the other end'. How could this be if it was checked on and arriving next week for months?!?! The order wasn't even placed?!?! Of course at this point i'm expecting a 'I'm so sorry' but no I just get a blank arrogant stare. I say my disappointment and that at no point has anyone even appologized and again I get the stare. I ask for my money back and the manager walks over to the counter with no verbal reply and gives me my money. For 3 MONTHS I have a wire dangling in my newly renovated kitchen and no sign of care or words of apology. I'm easy going and I was okay to wait but it is the POOR Customer Service that made me not want to give them a $1 of my money.*

Unfortunately there is no way to subtract stars, I don't feel it even deserves the one! There is no easy or nice way to say this but my husband was treated like absolute dirt in this business today, he was there with our 4 year old son and not one of the over dressed, over perfumed stuck up sales associates even had the common courtesy to look up and ask if he needed help...which would be acceptable if it were actually busy! When my husband was finally and begrudgingly greeted by a gentleman he huffed and puffed about having to do so storming around like an entitled princess ... the only person that did actually help was a guy named Brian. Brian, if you're reading we sincerely can not thank you enough for being a nice human being...sorry and good luck working in this terrible environment !
