Rocpal Custom Cabinets & Woodworking Ltd

My AMAZING ROCPAL kitchen! Rocpal has given us the kitchen that we have been waiting 19 years for. It started with Alyssa, she came to our home, listened to what we needed, our wish list of features and made it happen! Alyssa is a phenomenal designer, she designed us a kitchen that is perfect, beautiful, exceptionally functional and is now the heart of our home. Alyssa was always available to answer any questions (she has the patience of a saint), extremely helpful with the design choices and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The quality of the cabinets is 5 star, they are flawless, well built and gorgeous! The installers John, Mike and Chantal were absolutely fantastic, very respectful of our home, the attention to detail when they were installing was superb and they were so particular when cleaning up, it actually left me in awe! I would highly recommend Rocpal for their custom cabinetry, design and installation. We love our kitchen, every morning I turn into the kitchen and smile. Fernando you have a fabulous team, Thank you!

Rocpal Custom Cabinets was highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently installed a new kitchen. We began our relationship with the company last summer when we arranged an in-home visit to discuss the possibility of updating our kitchen. From that first visit with the designer, through the various design consultations, decision making stages, to the actual construction and installation of our new cabinets, the attention to detail and the emphasis on customer service was of the highest level. Alyssa assisted us to plan every aspect of the renovation from the design of the cabinets to guidance around flooring and appliances, the required timelines, etc. No question went unanswered and any emails were responded to immediately and professionally. Thank you Alyssa for your patience and support. The actual renovation began on the day it was promised. The detailed work plan was posted for all to see and we watched as every aspect of the plan was completed in an expert and timely fashion. We actually finished ahead of schedule! When the cabinets arrived we were very pleased with the quality of the product and impressed by the complexity and detail required to build a new kitchen and assemble it! Throughout the renovation, we were also extremely impressed with the coordination of the project and the excellent quality of the work by all the various tradespeople involved. As well, they were, to a person, respectful and personable. Fernando, Alyssa and Tony dropped in on a regular basis throughout the project to monitor the process, check on the quality of the work and if needed, to answer any of our questions or resolve any detail. Fernando’s attention to detail is impressive! A huge thank you to Fernando, Alyssa and Tony as well as all the skilled people who worked on our project. We appreciate your professionalism, your expertise and your personable, caring approach. Jim and Carol
