I was very pleased with Raywal. For the same value as the big box stores I got custom made cabinets and installation for comparable pricing. The customer service was top notch in my experience. If there was a problem, which there are when doing kitchens, they were quick to fix it, at their cost. I recommend these guys!

Raywal did all of the cabinetry for my kitchen, laundry room, living room built ins and 3 bathrooms. They were great to deal with. Carly was amazing with the design process to help get everything in my kitchen that I wanted. Their installer Roy was also fantastic. I am more than pleased with everything they did.

Stay way from this place, unless you like over paying, getting conflicting quotes, refusals to tell you exactly what you're paying for, high pressure in home sales tactics, and the list goes on. I can't believe Coscto represents this brand. In all of my years of shopping at Costco, and there are many, I have never been disappointed... until I met Raywal. The quote Raywal made under the special "Costco pricing structure" was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the quotes I received from 3rd party Raywal dealers! And when I tried to question it, no dice. Raywal refused to break it down so I could understand why. "We don't do that" they said. So I'm just expected to pay $15,000 without even understanding the quote just because you've demanded it and said it's all accurate??? Because people don't make mistakes, right? And the icing on the cake... when I asked their own dealer whether I should buy Raywal or another brand they offer, their answer went something like this: "If you have a time limit for your renovation, then no. Because I can guarantee there will be quality issues. In the end, if you fight with them a bit, they'll take care of it, but your project is sure to be delayed for 2-3 months." This is what their dealer said to me! In general, my experience with Raywal personnel was terribly substandard, and the quotes were all over the place. I have no confidence in this company based on this experience, so I ordered elsewhere. Costco should reconsider and look at offering alternative suppliers. I wanted to buy through Coscto but couldn't. I wonder why on Google and Yelp the Raywal reviews are so low, but on Homestars they're so high. When I look at Homestars, it seems someone named Carly is serving people in Vaughn, Ottawa, Kingston, and London (IN PERSON in some cases) . How is this possible? Do they have a Carly in each of their regional locations?? I have to wonder about those reviews. Who knows, maybe they're legit. Seems odd though. Do your due diligence!

I’m am not pleased with this company’s customer service. They do not honour what they say they will do. Work was scheduled to be done on a couple occasions, the last of which I had to reschedule because I went into labour. In particular beware of Carly Morin, she’s quite rude, a low level manager of sorts. You may wish to escalate, but it’s pointless...just deal with another company. Their material is terrible, they don’t pay attention to details and installed different cabinets in our kitchen and 36 inch tall, upper cabinets in our powder room. Just avoid them at all costs!
