RUN AWAY DO NOT USE - BAD - AWFUL

Run away. Do not use this vendor for ANYTHING. They won’t come out to measure and won’t show up on time. Measurements will be wrong and what is delivered will be incomplete, won’t match the drawings and it will take forever to get the missing parts of whatever it is delivered to your house. You can call, email and text! You can go to their business and say hi - but trust me, you will be called crazy for trying to get a hold of them and resolve your issue. You will probably get yelled at too! (we did!) My wife and I ordered a full kitchen with Endview and were given a price - we agreed to pay and set up a time to install. This install date was missed by several months, and was delayed several times when trying to nail anything down. We had to delay our countertop installers too. Hardware was not ordered, and was substituted with whatever they had on hand. We still have 4 knobs that don't match anything else. Range hood too large for space, so now have to take the wall apart to move pot

Meticulous installation buy only one guy! Super impressed! Best pricing and employees were very careful not to damage anything while bringing very heavy closets in. Paint finish quality was excellent and they Cleaned up the dust and foot prints. Very impressed with pricing, quality, instal and cleanliness. Love the handles and layout design! Thank you :)

I’m reluctant to leave a bad review, but feel as though I have no other choice. I’m hopeful that this review will inspire Jacquie/Justin to finally finish off the cabinets (almost 9 months after they were delivered). Although, I’m not holding my breath. I used Endview Kitchens twice before to design, fabricate and install custom cabinets. In each successive engagement the service has gotten worse. In this instance, the cabinets were delivered late (perhaps because of Covid) and messed up the measuring of the countertops and effected the closing of our house. Some of door/drawer fronts were the wrong size, poorly painted, etc. We were left for long periods of time with missing handles, door/drawer fronts, missing glass inserts for pantry doors, etc. All our communications with Jacquie have gone unanswered. Justin (Endview’s installer) has be good at responding, but he’s gone silent recently. This has been going on for over nine months and we still have soft close doors which need to be fixed, sandblasted glass to be installed, rubbing doors which need to be adjusted, poorly painted door/drawer fronts touched up. Endviews payment terms are 50% at time of order and 50% at time of delivery. So, we are not able to use money (holdback) as a way to motivate Endview to satisfy the terms of our contract. If I had to do it again, I’d make sure to hold back 15-20%. I hope this review has the desired effect

Abysmal. Run away. This company does not care about you, nor their finished product. Our custom kitchen installation went terribly, was very late, and left incomplete for months. Final product was poor, and cannot get them to return to finish what they started. Our attempts to reach out to them left us getting yelled at for "trying too hard". A box store kitchen would leave you better satisfied than this. Advice? Keep whatever cash you have left and hire someone else to finish it - if you've hired these people. Otherwise... run away!!!!!

My husband and I got a new kitchen from Endview Kitchens about 6 months ago. The price was competitive with the other company we got a quote from, but the design experience was in a whole different league with Endview. We could actually tell the ladies their care about how our space looked and fit with with the rest of our house, and also how it would function for us. They also did 3D colour renderings of our new kitchen, which was great for us, because it was really hard for us to imagine what the line drawing quote from the other place would look like in the end. They're installer was friendly and respectful, and completed the installation in a little over a day. There were a couple service items, but they came back to complete that as well in a timely manor. The reason why I decided to write a review is because we recently had a problem with the waterline connection for our new fridge, and water leaked everywhere and damaged some panels and kick plates of the cabinetry. I called Endview, and emailed them some pictures of the damage. They told me they'd have to replace the damaged pieces. I was expecting the worst, but they gave me a quote on replacing the parts (because it was fridge panels, that also involved taking down the fridge cabinet and redoing some of the crown moulding) and I was surprised that the price was so reasonable! They ordered the new pieces, and had them out within a couple weeks, and replaced it all in one go. I really got the sense that they cared about my predicament and wanted to help however they could. They're a great little company, and have already recommended them to a couple friends!

The experience with Endview Kitchens has been poor to say the least. Like most kitchen projects, the time to complete the installation was much longer than the projected install date. During the installation they never cleaned up the job site or even wiped down the cabinets when they completed installing them. The workmanship was shotty at best as corners of my cabinets were pulling apart within weeks. They came back to resolve this issue and to this day it doesn't look perfect but its better than it was. They never spent time lining up the cabinet seams instead showed me how to adjust the cabinet doors so I could go around spending my time fixing the setting on each door. Unfortunately this is not where are frustration ended. We reached out to have some built ins installed under our windows that would match our kitchen cabinets, they came to do the measurement in November 2017 and told me I could expect a end of January 2018 install. After constantly emailing them on a biweekly basis I finally sent a email on January 31, 2018 saying if I can't have a proposal by February 2, 2018 I will have to look elsewhere. They emailed back saying they did couldn't do my installation and wished me luck finding someone else to do the built ins. If you are going to choose to work with Endview Kitchens know that you get what you pay for, yes they may be competitively priced but the materials, the workmanship and their service are all sub par. I would highly recommend exploring other options for your kitchen or cabinetry needs.
