We did a lot of research and obtained 5 quotes. We are very pleased we picked GCW. We absolutely love our new kitchen, laundry rm & small bathroom. We waited 44 years for this Reno! We love our 10 foot x 4 foot island. We have no kitchen table now. I am so pleased we went with this. We can’t thank the team enough at GCW. Special thanks to: Beth for all her hard work with the designs/suggestions; John with quality walk through; Daryl installer; service team Andrea, Mark and Dave and of course the individuals that built our cupboards. There were a couple of service adjustments that needed to be done. The service department has been excellent to deal with. GCW stands behind their work and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We highly recommend them.

I have e-mailed GCW, Andrea ( ST.Thomas )twice and never got any response. We can not open our fridge all the way, it is the French style door and when we want to pull the drawer out, we can not. The cabinet they put around the fridge is wrong and thus I e-mailed her twice. Our contractor said also it was not done right and needs to be made right but have never heard from her. Also at the time we ordered our kitchen, she as a designer should have caught a big mistake, putting a plug on the island on the out side instead of underneath, so now a white plug sticks out like a sore thumb on a pewter coloured island. I probably would not recommend them as of now. We also paid in full after delivery, big mistake, because now they do not seem to care. I believe I gave them enough time to respond, holidays and all. What ever happened to keeping customers happy. We are not. we will not, I say not ever recommend GCW to any one. It a year for them to respond about the ceiling they ruined. Our contractor kindly fixed the problem at no charge, now that is someone I would recommend, NOT GCW. Then they had the gall to charge us for their mistake $1,100.00, this didn't go over well with us, so another battle,.In the end we still had to pay $750.00. We wanted more custom furniture made, but went else where. They get a zero- star from us. So many people have asked us about our kitchen, but we told them to go else where. There so called designer was awe full. We see so many things that are wrong now, that as a good designer they would of done a better job.

Can't say enough about GCW!! I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen!! From the amazing design to the final quality assurance walk through... can't thank the GCW team enough for giving me my dream kitchen! Living through a kitchen reno is never fun but they are right there with you through the entire process! I would like to put out a special thanks to Beth and John for their expertise and making us feel like we were their only customer...although we know how busy they are! Thank you GCW!

Very happy with our new kitchen and mudroom. Our designer Beth had great ideas in regards to use of space, and worked really well with our independent contractor. Their showrooms were well-stocked with almost everything we needed to pull together our design - hardware, paint samples, countertop samples, etc... Most staff were professional and helpful. There were a couple minor issues that never got addressed, but the scope of the project was quite large.
