Ordered two pantries extending my existing 4 year old kitchen. Final product was very satisfactory and the finish color was identical to the existing one we had. I was a bit suspicious to sign up with them at first given all the negative reviews but then after research I found they were going to be my safest bet given they are the original manufacturer of my own kitchen (other shops were not able to guarantee the same color tone). Anyways they were very professional all the way and am happy with it

Absolutely the worst company. They have done a horrible job with our kitchen three times now and they are coming back to fix it yet again. The countertops were installed uneven and were not level. They were also not secure. Some cabinet doors were installed with the wrong colour, the valance were not uniform and falling off. In the process they have damaged my sink, fridge door and walls. This is just to name a few! If I had the option of posting picture for proof I would. Feel free to find me on social media so I can kindly share with all of you who are considering going with Potvin.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I ordered cabinet extensions to the ceiling for my current kitchen cabinets. They installed them on the correct date of June 29 BUT the person who measured one area of the cabinet had the wrong measurements, so we had to wait until August 11 for a new piece. When the installer came in to install the final piece, he, unfortunately broke 2 doors while drilling (base on the email that we received) and on top of that he accidentaly nicked a tiny bit off our ceiling which he admitted and that the company will try and fix it. The glass for ALL the cabinet doors also had defects , they were covered with fingerprints after installation which could not be cleaned off. We had to wait until end of September to have new glass for the doors and the 2 missing doors to be installed. We asked if we will be compensated for the damage to the ceiling, the person who was in charge and who also admitted to us that his worker accidentally nicked the ceiling, is now denying that they damaged the ceiling (I have the emails to prove it). When they finally installed all pieces, we noticed two weeks later, that the 2 doors that were finally installed did not have the proper 'soft closing' hinges which we had paid for. We had to call again in November 2016, It is now December and we are still waiting for them to finish the job. The company has not once apologized for any of their mishaps, although they did credit us $80 for us to find someone to fix and paint the ceiling. Extremely disappointed, still waiting, and will not use them for future project. For the price we paid for those cabinets, we expected a more professional service and attitude from them. btw: Reading the reviews here, one of the reviewer is a staff member as I recognize the name. Shame. 2017-02-17 I'm updating my review, so far, no word, had to email them. It's been 8 months and no word. If you are thinking of going with this company based on your own research, feel free to do so, you may get a better service and I'm not persuading you to not go with this company but when you have a few negative reviews and this company tend to not deal with it, it may be a red flagged. I'm sure, realistically, they have satisfied many customers, but it's certain they also have disappointed many. Just beware and make sure you have everything down in paper and timeline. I'm still waiting and probably will go to a newspaper to expose this Goliath and take them to a small claims court. Best of luck to those who will be using this company.

As a Realtor and seeing the showroom and staff I was very pleased with the organization and detail of the people there. You need to stop by and take a look for yourself.
