Cabinets look nice at a glance but made cheaply when you actually look at them. 4 employees at desks facing us, with no customers, sat in dead awkward silence while we began to show ourselves around. You also pay only a couple hundred dollars less to assemble and install the cabinets yourself. (Rather just pay the $200 but that's me.)

Great price. Good installation. Thank you!

Horrible experience, Cabinet and counter installs went fine however months later I have charges and authorizations on my Cabinets to Go credit card that nobody can explain...?!?! I'm also being charged interest when I bought everything on a no interest for three years promotion...?!?!? I have called customer care and they can't do anything so they're useless. If you can buy cash here you may be ok.... NEVER FINANCE ANYTHING HERE!! Especially if you care about your credit score. Just filed complaint with MI Attorney General...

Friendly and helpful staff, made my first purchase and we will see how the quality ends up in my home. Prices made me happy as well. 3 month later update. We love the cabinets though we discovered after the fact that they are kitchen cabinet height and we used them in the bathroom. They are really exactly what we wanted and so we are excited about how well they look and have held up with construction in and out.

Worst retail experience I have ever had hands down! The cabinets seem to be made well and look really nice, but that is about it. It has taken well over a month since my install started and it is still not complete! I am on my second install contractor from them and they still can't seem to be able to get this done. The store manager (Kevin) is absolutely useless once you have paid in full. He will not return any of my calls, whether I leave him a voicemail or a message with one of his sales people. I have had nothing but issues since day one and he hasn't even attempted to help me in any way or even talk to me. I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever recommend them. Do a little research, like I wish I would have, and you can find way better deals out there for the same quality cabinets. Please do not let yourself go through what I have had to deal with, and still am!!! This place is a joke!
