Will from Raywal Cabinets in Barrie is always a pleasure to work with. The Showroom on King Street is Beautifully done and they have lots of Options on display to check out on site. I always enjoy meeting my clients there to pull their Dream Kitchen together.

Had a custom kitchen installed as part of a new build, purchased significantly upgraded doors with a custom colour about a year ago - in a few areas the paint has chipped off and no one at Raywal is responsive to a request to obtain a touch up kit. Barrie (closest office) sends me to Ajax who sends me to Barrie, Barrie asks me to call Burlington - over a year of runaround. FURTHER and worse, I need to extend the kitchen a further 9 feet and they won't do the work. At least Ajax was kind enough to respond on that, but not before having me send them a drawing of the run to be installed -- they asked me to call Barrie to see if they would be interested. So I have these custom cabinets no one can match, and completely unsupported by Raywal. As another poster said: alienate today's customer at your future peril. All the time wasted with them and their shoddy, easily damaged product.

This is honestly the best company I dealt with while building my new home. They are very responsible, responsive, easy to deal with and diligent. The quality of the material is great and service is even better. I would recommend Raywal Cabinets Barrie to anyone building a new home or doing a kitchen renovation. Highly pleased with the service. My wife wanted a bigger island than what we had originally designed. Raywal made it larger to make us happy without any issues or compromises to quality or schedule.

Not at all happy with Raywal. The company's phone message says that their hours are from Mon - Sat 10am to 6pm, so when we showed up on a Saturday at 10:30 am, the sign on the front door says "due to Covid restrictions, they are only seeing people by appointment only". I found this very strange since Covid restrictions had been lifted for a month. And reiterate, I called the business number during the week and the phone message doesn't say anything about Covid restrictions or an appointment being required to visit their showroom. I left a message to book an appointment which, would have to be the following Saturday because my hours do not permit me to be there Mon - Fri between 10am and 6pm, no one returned my call. I finally called back late on Monday afternoon only to be told that they don't do cabinets here and there and are only doing full kitchens. We spent in excess of $30K with this company remodeling our kitchen in the past and we wanted to now do our bathroom and to be told such non-sense is ridiculous. Their website clearly shows bathroom pictures in the gallery of work and they don't say anything on their website about Covid showroom restrictions or the fact that they no longer do "cabinets here and there... only do full kitchens". I am EXTREMELY happy for Raywal that they have such a good book of business that they actually have the ability to turn away work. Unfortunately for Raywal however, and here is a bit of free business advice, turning away the small jobs of today, eliminates you as a contender for the big jobs of tomorrow. We are now in a different house from the one that the kitchen was completely re-done by Raywal and would no doubt have gone through Raywal again. Not now. I am actually quite thankful that I was subjected to this little lessen before I gave them any more of my money. The best part about the free world, is that while it gave Raywal the ability to decide they don't want our little bit of business and didn't want to waste their resources on our bathroom, it also gives me the ability to decide that I will never walk through their doors again. That's how free enterprise works. Thank you Rayway and good luck with your future orders. May they be few and far between.

I'm a contractor that wanted to order cabinets to match existing raywal cabinets in a clients home but they only do full kitchen orders, this is unheard of in the business. Due to this idiotic policy I will be spreading the word to my clients to stay clear of Raywal.
