The quality of their work is phenomenal. It took longer than we ideally would have liked but in the big scheme of things, not that big of a deal. They area small company that's growing quite quickly and as a small business owner of almost 30 years, I know this comes with it's challenges. The cabinetry is as advertised, the service and communication can be improved but I believe it will and that they will figure it out as time goes on. Keep up the good work guys!

Loving the transformation of our 'Clutter Room' to organized Mudroom! Very pleased with the quality and how its transforms this previously disastrous space in our home. Bit of a longer lead time, but well worth the wait! My partner and I are awaiting the arrival of our 2nd project though Allen's which is a Murphy Bed for our cottage up north. Can't wait!!

From our experience, Allen's is the best company in the area for builtin type cabinets. We had a heck of a time getting other companies to actually attend our residence, and if they did, we'd never hear back from them. Allen's came out when they said they would, understood our vision, and came up with a concept the effectively utilized our odd space. The lead times were not ideal, but they were up front about that from the beginning. Our install date did get pushed back a few times which wasn't ideal but now that the project is complete, it is safe to say, it wasn't that big of a deal. 5 Stars for their design, build, and install, 3 stars for their lead time and service so 4 stars overall! Thanks again!

Very unprofessional. No communication! Product unfinished! Avoid this company!!! They deny ever doing anything wrong! They do not pay their employees - their cheques bounce! ... and ... no one wants to supply products to them because they bounce the supplier cheques as well! Management was approached in regards to paying their employees. The post about employees going through their doors and not having skills is an outright lie!!! They did not pay those employees and that is why they left. They never received their holiday pay or regular pay and they botch up the pay cheques every week on purpose, hoping their hired help will not notice!!! The avenues you are speaking of Allen's Custom Built-Ins have been taken by many of your past employees. We cannot address anything with you because you ignore people because you are arrogant!!! Many of your past employees have and will be putting claims in against you and it is not because they are inadequate, it is because you are!! Allen's fake reviews are for damage control!! Do Not Work for Them!!! Do Not Buy From Them!!! AVOID!!

Not the cheapest, definitely not the quickest, but DEFINITELY the BEST at what they do! We contacted Allen's after the the original company we hired to build our Mudroom Cabinetry failed to complete the job. They provided a better design, the quality was night and day difference and we are SO thrilled with the result. The lead time was a little longer than we would have liked but when all is said and done, we can now enjoy our transformed room for years to come. Learn from our mistake, and make sure to go with a professional - Call Allen's!
