My husband and I just recently had our renovated kitchen finished by Verbeek Kitchens. Although it took much longer than expected (due to some unfortunate delays), I would like to say that the staff were very professional and very helpful throughout the process. We had a great design planned out by one of the designers based on our budget and specific needs that is very functional and looks fabulous! We also had excellent customer service from the installers and service staff. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Verbeek Kitchens.....4 1/2 stars!

I have ordered from Verbeek kitchens many times, cabinetry for my bathroom, walk-in closet, and for my living space. I’ve also purchased many small things like hardware and soft closers for cabinetry I’ve already had & DIY projects! The designers are very knowledgeable and seem to have new products and trends to share every time I come in. Can’t wait for my next project 😊

my husband and I were very impressed but the showroom. lots of displays and colour options, I am a visual person so being able to see everything all in one place was very helpful for me. Staff was very attentive and helped us with all our questions. Highly recommend Verbeek Kitchens!

I recently ordered a beautiful faucet with the help of wonderful lady by the name of Leanne. Ive been in customer service for over 15 years and she went above and beyond customer service. She called me gave me a time line. She did a follow up with me she was even more excited about the faucet then I was. You are absolutely wonderful Leanne you made this experience super fun you deserve a promotion! no joke!!! . I will recommend and send people your way!! thanks Verbeek Kitchens and bath for hiring such wonderful and helpful staff.

My partner and I walked in and the person at the front desk reception area didn't even look up. She didn't acknowledge us in any way. We slowly walked through all of the gorgeous staged kitchens and not a single person spoke to us. We were there for 15-20 minutes. At one point I heard some talking and a woman came out from the back (I'm assuming) office area. She made eye contact and I smiled and she literally turned and walked away. My partner and I left and decided to look elsewhere. To recap, not welcoming at all, staff ignored us and to end it all the "receptionist" didn't even say have a good day when we left.
