Terrible craftsmanship

Paris kitchen was the Vendor of choice by our builders (Lash). The service we received from the designer was very good. He gave us some great options and opinions. The problem was the delivered product was just terrible. We paid for an upgrade of the larger fridge. This means the cabinetry needed to be built taller to accommodate the tall fridge. Instead of custom making a taller cabinet, they added a piece at the bottom. This is the view one sees as they enter the unit. It was done cheaply, botchy and very unattractive. Unfortunately I can never recommend Paris kitchens. I will never use them or have any of my friends and family use them. 💯 not worth the outrageous price we paid.

Between 2017 and 2018, not knowing what was to befall the world with the Corona Virus, my partner and I were discussing the next stage in our life having raised our family. We made the big decision to demolish our existing house and build a new home. In the design process our kitchen layout was to be a centre of activity. As our life goes, still does, we could not see that changing. Paris Kitchen assisted greatly in all aspects of the design and layout to suit our needs and preferences. We had two kitchens designed and installed, Main Floor and Lower Galley (for family entertainment). Thank you to all those who helped us at Paris Kitchens! We have been enjoying all that we can (considering the times) since February 2020!

This is our third time using Paris Kitchens for our new home kitchen installations. Each time was a brand new kitchen...2 new homes and one total renovation after 20 years. And to be honest, the second kitchen after 20 years still worked and looked like new. We just wanted an updated look. From start to finish, dealing with Paris Kitchens was always a pleasure and so easy. Their senior sales designer, Linda Casselman, helped make our dreams a reality and was always available for questions along the way, and if there was something we were concerned about she found a way to make us happy. The installers were fantastic and their work ethic was beyond compare. During the install they always left the work area clean and safe to walk through. Our new kitchen is a room we love to spend time in and we couldn't be happier with the results! We would highly recommend using Paris Kitchens.

I had Paris Kitchens do complete designing and installation of my kitchen. They were extremely courteous, punctual, accommodating and did the most amazing job. I have attached some pictures of their work.

Very poor quality. Their MDF kitchen cabinets wore prematurely, the attached pictures were taken after we lived in our new house less than six months. They look like they are 10-12 years old! We had them come in to review and they told us this was normal wear and tear, that we really should avoid touching the paint at all to prevent this from happening. Their repair guy even had the nerve to show us how to grab the door and drawer handles, using the tip of two fingers and making sure not to touch the actual door. In a kitchen! That is simply not acceptable. We have had multiple people from the industry look at these cabinets and they all agree. This is a defective product,. Too bad Paris Kitchen (nor Geranium Homes, who hired them in the first place, for that matter) will not stand by their obviously defective product. Their sales personnel are only interested in getting as much $$$ from you as possible and will tell you anything to get it. They had actually told us that the “upgraded” MDF cabinets were 10 times more durable than regular wood...

I find it incredibly unprofessional that Paris Kitchens doesn't respond to clients or stand behind their product, there's no confidence or creditability from this Company when requesting something as simple as touch up paint, I would look elsewhere for a company you can trust with your project or if you're looking to get post project support. Note - Ill remove this review if Paris Kitchens provides resolution We have a new build home with kitchen supplied and installed by Paris kitchens on April 2022. We requested touch up paint to repair a few spots damaged from their installers in June 2022 from 1) Paris Kitchen onsite service person who submitted a formal request, 2) our builder also reached out for us, Paris Kitchens failed to respond to any of these reach outs even with a formal order submitted from their service person. I reached out for a 3rd attempt with email and received response from Mary Slifkas at Paris Kitchens on 11/11 where I shared the requested builder and lot details to help locate availability of the touch up paint. I never heard back since 11/11 even after 3 follow-ups through Nov and Dec there was no response from Paris Kitchens or Mary, I tried calling several times and continue to get a recorded voicemail with no response.
