Horrible customer service. After only a couple of months some panels turned yellow. Refused to fix and would not take any responsibility. Kept saying it was due to heat and cleaning products, meanwhile other panels were just fine. Did not communicate well with clients and try to extort you by demanding huge sums of money to fix errors made by them. Yellowing panels were just 1 of the problems. One cabinet not online with uppers...again refused to fix, sink out of line. List goes on. Use at own caution. Can't tell you how bad this whole situation has been.

Poor Quality and Customer Service New White Kitchen installed approximately one (1) year ago...design was good, but 9 months later, three panels of the kitchen went yellow in colour. Called, e-mailed and went to speak in person with them...every time we spoke they claimed that it was our fault due to Heat and or Cleaning products. They want to charge $1,000.00 for 3 small panels and would not admit that cabinets were probably not sealed properly and this is why they are discoloured. Their claim has been it's my fault and not theirs....even though all other panels are perfectly fine. I even asked if it's cleaning then why aren't the other panels discolouring? Again, same answer...must be cleaning...right that makes sense that I've used different cleaning products on these panels vs the rest in my kitchen. I was extremely disappointment...not that the mistake happened because I am a reasonable person who understands mistakes happen and we are human, but by their reaction and blame that it had to be my fault and not theirs...I have photo's of course and please feel free to reach out if you need proof. The sad part is that if they owned up to it and replaced the panels, I would have given them a good recommendation, but with this type of quality products for the money you pay, please do not use this company.
