I have never written a review for another company, but I feel the need to warn potential customers about this cabinet company. I am a custom home builder that contracted them to do 3 different kitchens ranging from 12k to 50k. The owner was very communicative in the sale of the cabinets and seemed to have a excellent product. However, the day we signed the contract the professionalism of the company went downhill from there. The revolving door of employees didn't really bother me to much as I am in the construction industry and we understand turnover. The lack of quality with the cabinets concerned me during the initial install, but I believe you need to judge the final product. It is really the lack of communication and follow up that has really alarmed my customers and us. We rarely get a response from the company regarding issues which is then followed up by broken promises or no-shows from the company. I have 3 kitchens with issues ranging from warped doors, missing door handles, installation issues and just overall incorrect cabinets from the original install. At this point we have no other choice other than to hire another company to follow behind Aura and take care of our unhappy customers. This will cost us approx $15,000-$18,000 in labor and materials fees to fix. I do not believe this company can deliver a quality cabinet nor follow through with any issues that arise after the sale. Most of these reviews are written by current employees or friends

Aura Kitchens has delivered the finest piece of work by completing an amazing kitchen for our home. I would like to thank the whole team because the project wouldn’t have been completed successfully without the workmanship of the designers and installers at Aura Kitchens. Also, I was amazed with the regular updates from them about the build, delivery and installation of my kitchen. They made the whole process seamless for us! Thank you, team Aura!

The moment I met Onkar, I knew my experience at Aura Kitchens would be great. Onkar and his team’s downright politeness, extremely courteous and highly professional behavior made my experience even better and enthralling. I’ll definitely give them a thumb up and five stars for the job well done.

This company is amazing! Having Onkar and his crew complete our kitchen and bath remodels was such a wonderful experience. The team came in, completed the work, and did a great job without leaving any mess. We will definitely use this company again.
