We worked with the brownstone to create our new kitchen. It's beautiful and great quality! installers were quick and meticulous. During the planning, John thought of everything. Things arrived on time, and we are very happy we chose the brownstone! I would definetly use them again, and we recommend them to everyone. Very satisfied!

We recently bought a countertop from these guys. First of all, we have no complaints about the countertop itself - in fact, it is a beautiful quartz countertop from Cambria. But the install was rather unsatisfactory, and the subsequent treatment of us by the Brownstone was outrageous. Few days after the installation was done, we noticed that part of the countertop is substantially unleveled (about 8 mm compared to the rest of the surface). Nor during the initial measurements, neither during the installation were we told that our cabinets must be leveled. Moreover, when we asked guys who did the install they told us not to worry about it and that they use shims anyway (which is what we expected). When we contacted the Brownstone, the person went on to tell us first that this is not a big slant (8 mm, really???) , that our cabinets were not leveled, and moreover "our floor is not leveled" (sic!). What does floor to do with it??? Then he left telling us that we should contact Cambrian since they did the install. We paid almost $ 6000 for this countertop and we really did not expect such treatment.
