Worked with Shaun and Jason to remove and replace a closet in my house. The old closet was an odd combo of entertainment system/open closet that was built around the stairwell in my bungalow house. They replaced it with a much better cabinet-style closet. My wife and I really like it, and appreciated how much effort Shaun took in working with us on the look and price. They are honest about the materials they use and are big supporters of Michigan companies. Two of the closet doors they received were warped, but instead of shrugging it off, they called the manufacturer, reordered the doors, and came back and fixed it for free. I highly recommend them.

Amazingly talented craftsmen. They were able to completely repair and refinish the 130 year old doors on our Victorian house. I am particularly struck by their professionalism and passion for their work. I encourage anyone to work with them as I am confidant you will not be disappointed.

Great Cabinet Maker

Great work from Jason and the crew. Wonderful job recreating the original built in's for my 1918 Craftsman home. A finish carpenter of his quality is hard to find these days. Highly recommend him. He is worth the wait.

I have been searching for years for the perfect counter for my bridal salon. What I wanted doesn't exist in the market place. After doing some research I finally decided to have one custom built. I found Jason on-line via his website. He was prompt in returning e-mails and phone calls. He was on time to meet with me on several occassions. I gave him very little direction other than some photos I found on-line. The counter is perfect! It's just what I've been looking for. And his prices were definately in line for this level of work. I have already asked him to quote some other jobs for me. If you use Sanford Customs you won't be disappointed! If you ever want to see some of his work in person you can view my check out counter at The Wedding Shoppe in Berkley!
