You will be doing some fit and finish yourself.... if you want your cabinets plum and level. If there is an issue the cheapest solution will be done and it will be non-negotiable. (response to Dean. May 7 2019) Dean you have my number. Dean is correct, it has been two years. During our first in-home consultation I pointed out that the cabinets around the range hood must be in the exact same position. The duct runs directly out the wall through stone and can not be moved. This was mentioned at the last of this meeting as well. At the signing of the drawings this was pointed out again and there was a note made on the drawing. In the end the cabinets were an inch from the center of the duct. Frustrated, I called Dean and I heard, "we did a good job." My range now vents partially on the wall with no duct from the hood (because it won't fit). It has truck cap gasket attempting to seal it against the wall. Feeling powerless at this point there was no need for me to mention. 1) The built-in microwave insert was not square ... it was square but the pantry was not plumb by 3/8" on my 4' level. I dismantled the pantry and plumbed it properly. 2) The shelving for the microwave was not complete (I used material from my shop to do this). 3) The doors on my corner cabinets were not plumb by 1/4" to 3/8". There were a few more minor things I have taken care of. It helps to know Dean will require payment in full when the cabinets arrive at his shop. No work has been done on your kitchen and it leaves the customer with no leverage. I assume they have had difficulty getting full payment in the past and have adopted this policy. Good people, yes. Mistake, yes. Poor response to a customer and perhaps too many jobs at once.... I think so.

Heather Kells did a wonderful job designing cupboards and counters for our mail room area in our corporate office. We needed something durable, long-lasting and within our budget. The result was excellent. The effort that went into the design for the space was perfect for us. The cabinets are excellent and holding up well under high use. It was an unusual type of project because it was not a residential kitchen, but they handled the job wonderfully.

My wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen. Dean knows how to keep his customers happy. Dean listened to us and came up with the perfect design. We were impressed that the installation commenced when promised and Dean was able to coordinate with another company doing the floors. The installation took less time than I expected after listening to the stories of woe from friends who did not use Premier Kitchens. The installers were pleasant and professional. They treated our home with respect and the installation with great care. On completion they made fine adjustments to ensure that every drawer and cupboard lined up perfectly. There was a pride in workmanship that is rarely experience today. I would have no reservation recommending Aya Collingood (Premier Kitchens) to my closest friend.

Totally dissatisfied. Very high prices compared to local competitors. Products cheaply installed. Took no pride in craftsmanship or quality of work.
