We learned a valuable lesson from the salesperson we worked with. They are salespeople. Not contractors or anyone you want to have subcontract your project. It was a very costly mistake we made to the tune of over $3000 to fix everything.

Almost one year into a window install and my house was better with the builder grade windows. Not only did the installers let them self’s into my house through a door they installed and never checked the lock but they did such a poor job removing the old windows the company had to replace the siding on my house. Every window that was installed by this company is hard to open and the quality of their finished product is less than desirable. They will not answer phones or return messages for warrenty work and when they admit there is a problem with the install its usually blamed on the construction of the home. They left the siding off of my house my during the coldest month of the year because they couldn’t find anyone to work at my house. In this video you can see the owners brother pulling the weather stripping off of the door and bending it to make it function and then he tells me sometimes that’s how you get it done. Well let me assure you my door wall still doesn’t function correctly and the bugs come into my house like it’s not closed. I have a ton of pictures and videos to support this review.

Took a few pieces of floor into and around the house and realized we hated it in there. The floor is very nice- just not for our place. Tried to communicate with them and return the unopened packages with receipt and were treated badly and no refund ...IT SEEMS THIS BUSINESS IS JUST OUT THERE FOR THEMSELVES and DOES NOT CONSIDER THE REAL NEEDS OF CUSTOMERS....I would not recommend them or trust anything or anyone from Quality Lumber and Building Wholesale. I feel it is my obligation to warn people to BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Seemingly, the Home Depot, Menards, and Lowe's would be a safer choice for the discerning consumer for QUALITY IS NOTHING WITHOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
