He does a lot of talking and no action. Our kitchen was completed years ago, unsatisfactory. First of all, he treats all of his employees horribly. I could not believe the yelling and screaming that took place during the install! Then there is the poor carpentry, which meant our custom cabinets don't actually fit the wall and it filled it with wood trim. Most wouldn't notice, but I do. He talked us out of self closing cabinets, because they are "a fad". He said he had a range hood we could have from a previous job, for $40. When he installed he charged us $400 and the rangehood is 600 com too small for our range. We are now having to go to great expense, probably around $5000, to have the alterations made for this now much more expensive unit. We had trouble with the granite we chose and had to choose another slab. But when delivered, it had a much smaller profile. I was fine with this, but he did not alter the height of the cabinets to accommodate. We are a family of fairly tall people, with below standard cabinet height. Can you say back pain? There was also a doubling in price of our granite, which we were not notified until after the work was done. I refused to pay the additional cost, which was about $3,000.00. He eventually went to a paralegal and after I explained all the things wrong with the kitchen and the only reparation available would be to replace the cabinets, they conceded and I never heard from them again! Moral here, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worked for the owner for a few months, after being warned by several people not too, and justly so. Very rude and nasty little man. Skimmed hours off my paycheck, blamed his accountant. Took $30 off my final pay for having to make my separation papers. Beware!!

One star had to be given because none wasn't an option. Tom is quick to take money. Has ruined everything he has touched. If we had cut a cheque to him and kept us out of our kitchen we would have been further ahead. We have unusable cupboards and drawers, he signed off on dimrnsions for our granite for a small section and it's too small. Hammered our exhaust fan into our cherry floor and left cuts. Cut our cherry moulding of our windows are doors that already existed. Ripped a large cupboard from the wall and destroyed it. Stain match is wrong. Drawers don't open. Hinges don't eork. Doors are too big. Crown cut too long so it doesn't fit. Fixed stuff he broke with scraps. Never ordered handles, wood or door slides. List goes on and on. 21 plus screwed up things. Run as fast as you can to get away from this man. Nice on first meet. Then after you pay he dodges calls, every excuse used, when questioned he yells and screams. I just told him put my old drawer slides back on and get out. Unbelievable.
