If you're expecting a shiny showroom, go elsewhere. This is basically a warehouse, and the staff are basically working in a warehouse. You're going to need some realistic expectations from a place called Diy Warehouse. I got a great budget kitchen from these folks, and I will be installing something higher end from them soon in my own home.

I was told about DIY Warehouse by a neighbour and I subsequently renovated my entire kitchen and two bathrooms using Kitchencraft cabinets from DIY in the spring of 20016. Eric designed the new kitchen and he and Erica bent over backwards to help me in every way. The factory shipped some excess inventory that was priced at clearance levels and I took advantage of the great savings. The quality of the cabinets is high - some are particle board construction, others plywood so you can complete your project with a high end or a lower end budget. I would not hesitate to give DIY Warehouse and staff a full 5-star rating for knowledge, helpfulness and value.

Was there on Saturday and the young girl who was there was not very pleasant. Asked a few questions regarding kitchen cabinets and was very rude. Although we were interested in purchasing some cabinets, we decided to go elsewhere. We would not give our business to people like that.

Unfortunately after 8 weeks of waiting the cabinets ordered and delivered were the wrong color seems they were just one number off the correct color which was 100% their error. Despite being asked to pay in full when we ordered which we did, they are not prompt returning calls about the corrected orders delivery time, which we still don't have, probably because they already got the money. We had planned a number of get togethers during the Christmas season at our home and having our unfinished kitchen has made that difficult and embarrassing. Unacceptable tardy communication with DIY has ruined our experience with this company. The management should have called the maker and personally made it a priority order and given us a firm date to fix this issue. We are not in the habit of publicly stating poor service, people are only human but when you make mistakes and we all do at least follow it up with good communication and after payment service or you just loose peoples business and worse your reputation. - Roxanne and Jed Tommy
