Slow poor service. They have new staff so service may be improving but I would never have worked with them if I knew how slow and disorganized they were.

A little late with our review... We've been too busy enjoying our new kitchen! We chose Kitchens by Design largely because we like to support small companies. We were not disappointed. All of our major concerns in the early stage of the process were dealt with personally, professionally, and effectively by Greg Bell, the owner of the company. This allowed us to proceed with complete confidence. We could not be more thrilled with our new kitchen cabinets, and the quality workmanship. We chose a very simple design with clean lines - stylish and sophisticated. Our installer was a pleasure to work with, giving attention to every detail from beginning to end. Overall, we are very happy customers.

Loved Greg and the whole staff for providing personalized service and always being accommodating! I loved the design and ideas they gave us, helped us put the whole thing together. Not to mention Ryan, the installer, was always prompt and on time. He worked long hours to make sure it was just right! We love our new kitchen.

I still can't believe how beautiful my kitchen is every morning when I walk into it. I get a kick out of seeing my friends reaction to the dramatic change. My new kitchen has inspired me to start baking again. Thank you Greg and Kitchens By Design for the personal touch and great service!
