BEWARE when designing your dream kitchen you want everything to be prefect. Then looking for a respectable company can be touch and go.I went with Timberwood Kitchen Cabinets----Port Colborne. I drew out my own plans what i wanted to have. At the beginning of this project everything was good----built and installed in 2 months. But talking to the owner Tim i asked him to give me more ideas and if there were any discrepancies in my prints lets talk to fix them.Well it turn out that when receiving my fridge from the store the door wouldn't function properly beside my oven which was in the corner on a 45 degree same with oven doors. This should of be seen by owner where's the professionalism? Talking to him at the shop he agreed with me cutting a 3" strip of wood on site.This will do the trick so doors won't collide together.Well 4 months later ---they built this huge piece of cabinetry Approx.$1000 which was not in the agreement.So i had to pay for it.BEWARE folks could cost you $$$$$$$$$

I highly recommend Timberwood as the owner was involved with the design process--he listened to my ideas helped to advise with the design and selection of materials. Final product was beautiful, good quality, and met my expectations. Through the entire process, they wanted to ensure that I was happy. The work was completed one week ahead of schedule.

If I could give 6 out of 5 Stars I would. From the very first site visit/consult/measurement, the owner, Tim and his entire team were incredible. I am not great with design and details, but discussed a few ideas I had, and showed Tim some photos from Pinterest of overall looks that I liked. Due to some delays with my appliances because of Co-Vid, Timberwood was incredible about being flexible with installation dates. I was provided with a couple of different design options and in the end what we decided turned out INCREDIBLE. Every staff member I dealt with, whether on the phone or via email was professional and prompt. Even on the date of install, the crew saw me coming in with big boxes from the car and offered to help. The quality of the kitchen truly exceeded my expectations. I used a recommended countertop company and they all worked together seamlessly to get the job done for me. If you are doing a custom kitchen you want attention to detail. I was impressed with the craftsmanship, them leaving me extra handles, touch-up paint (should I need it) providing recommended cleaning instructions for the wood, etc. I have an older home and the kitchen ceiling and floors are far from even. After install, when they saw there was a bit of gapping around my island, they made and delivered an extra trim piece to address that (if I wanted) at no extra charge. I opted against it, but was floored that they even did this. Many people have come by to see my new kitchen since, and they are absolutely blown away. Tim and his team totally transformed my space into an entertainers heaven (not to mention an avid cooks heaven!)

We had our kitchen designed and installed by Timberwood and we were thrilled with it. They were incredibly helpful in the design process and we loved the final product. We had trouble visualizing what the doors would look like so they made a sample door for us just so we could see what it would look like. Since we were so pleased with our kitchen we also hired them to make vanities for our bathrooms as well as a custom bookshelf and entry bench. They were just as helpful the second time around and we loved the result once again.

Recently had our new kitchen designed and installed by Timberwood. Appointments were made and kept - installation was right on time and we were thrilled with the final product. We felt that pricing was very competitive as well. I would recommend Timberwood as a business to anyone.
