Hallmark kitchens makes custom and unique cabinets. We have a house with low ceilings and need to maximize spare most places didn't understand our vision but Joe sat down with us and took the time to make our dream kitchen come true . They even custom made and colour matched pantry door and trim for the kitchen better then we expected. Lead time is goin to be an issue with any very busy popular and not cookie cutter custom shops . If you take time with them and plan accordingly they will be your best choice.

Wow! What a Great Job! We had Hallmark do a small custom job for us, adding 5 feet of lower cabinets and counter-top to our existing kitchen. They made a perfect replica of existing cabinet style and matched the color exactly - it's dead on, you can't tell the difference and we have old and new pieces side by side! This would have been more than enough to impress me, but add to the fact they brought their knowledge and expertise to the table by suggesting alternatives to our solid surface countertop that maintain the same pattern/color and feel, they saved us more money. Their quotes beat the box stores (who couldn't match styles/look 100%) and custom shops. And all with better product quality and a design that is premium. We will use Hallmark in the future.

This it the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We ordered our kitchen from them in June (end of June) after saving for years and looking around, we chose them because a house builder from my parent's church recommended them, our first big mistake. We were told 8-10 weeks. I contacted them end of August and was told install would be Sept. 28, fine a little later than I thought but I understand. Then on the 25th I receive an email saying they are 2 weeks behind and will be in on Oct. 13, a little frustrating but fine whatever. Friday Oct. 9 she writes us to say it will be the 14th not 13th and then on the 13th sends us an email confirming they will be there at lunch time a little annoying but fine they are coming. Well the 14th comes and no one comes, I had to call them at 3:30pm to find out where they were, oops we're coming tomorrow, ARGH! So they come the Thurs. and Fri. and do not get finished. Monday rolls around and they are NO WHERE, Tuesday I have to contact them yet again to ask when they are coming back, she tells me they are finishing things (almost 4 months after we ordered) and they will be in by the end of the week, well surprise surprise Thursday afternoon comes and I have heard NOTHING so I contact them again asking when they will be coming on Friday she tells me they will be coming Monday afternoon. I tell her basically I don't believe her and can they please have the courtesy to call us if they are not coming. Well sure enough on Monday morning don't we get a call they are coming tomorrow now instead. Well Tuesday comes and we get another call, we will be a few hours late, then at 4:30!!!! they finally show up, work for like an hour and leave. He tells my husband we were finishing other things, big contractor job, etc. Finally today they finished, their work is beautiful but their communication and ridiculous changes in days and length of the job (4 months instead of 8-10 weeks is a big difference) make them not worth it. I'm sure some other company who values you and doesn't treat you like garbage would be a much wiser choice and I'm sure they would do just as good a job. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.
