Had a hot tub issue and called warehouse guys. Staff is polite and the technician was on the ball and knew what he was doing. Only thing is they should have quicker repair times. Waited a week for a tech to get here. Other than that Ed fixed the tub with no issues. Hope they pay this man well as he knows what he’s doing.

I had a post up here and then felt badly and took it down but I feel I need to post this to hopefully save any future consumers shopping the same headaches and hassles we went through. First off we ordered a hot tub with taxes $15,000 (so not a minor purchase by any means). The sales person told us 3 weeks for the tub to come in and it turned out to be 6 weeks. They did not call us to apologize for the delay or to advise of the increased wait time, we had to call there almost weekly to find out. On top of the above we were told when the delivery guys were to come that they would call us before hand. They did not call us before hand and just showed up. The tub that was delivered was NOT exactly as the one we had seen in the show room. The speakers did not have the proper cover and a few other minor issues. The repair guy came out to take a look and noted some issues and happily put in a work order for us. That was well over a month ago and STILL no phone call from them no email from them NOTHING...I have to continually follow up and harass them to find out what is going on. I would NOT recommend Warehouse guys to anyone. They are highly unprofessional and have zero customer service. Shop around there are many other places to buy a hot tub from that will be on top of things and make customer service a priority.

Love my Shaker kitchen Robert installed for me in March of 2018. A wonderful experience from picking everything out with Tim to seeing it installed .

These guys are amazing. If you need anything hot tub, kitchen, pools, bathroom, flooring... see them first. As well, their service people are EXCELLENT. They know what they are talking about and they are very honest. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great service and great products. We love our hot tub. The staff took a lot of time to answer all our questions and made great recommendations that helped us decide on which hot tub to purchase. If you are in the market for a hot tub this is the place to go !
