Cutwell Kitchens and Custom Mill Work

We recently completed a kitchen renovation with Cutwell Kitchens. They are amazing. Our kitchen has the WOW factor we were hoping for thanks to the cabinets which are of the highest quality we have seen. The owner spent a lot of time with us going over our design and making excellent suggestions for both practicality and esthetics. The cabinets arrived in excellent condition with no re-dos on anything. The installation staff are professional, pleasant, meticulous and the pride in their work is visible. We highly recommend Cutwell Kitchens for any cabinet work. They don’t have the fancy showroom but they excel in the work they do at a very competitive price. Thank you to the team of Cutwell Kitchens for giving us the kitchen of our dreams.

We had a great experience with Cutwell Kitchens! Bassem was very honest in what he thought would work best for our kitchen and was flexible, patient and reasonable with his suggestions. For background, we bought an older home and wanted to try and save the old cabinets to be sanded down and reused. Bassem was honest in telling us that he had never sanded down Ikea cabinets before and though he felt it could be done, he wasn't confident of the end result. He also pointed out how the current layout was off centre and how the upper cabinets were too low, so putting things like a stand mixer on the counter wouldn't be an option. In the end, we decided to go with all new cabinets - and we are SO SO SO glad we did. The kitchen looks amazing and we feel like it will look amazing for a long time. At the end of the day, we really felt like Bassem did an excellent job giving us our options, and leaving it to us to make an informed decision. We never felt pressured and felt like we had the latitude to decide what would work best for us. From an install perspective, Hadi was also excellent. He took his time and installed the cabinets with superb attention to detail - a quality that we discovered during our reno was very hard to come by. Had was kind, polite and worked at his own pace, ensuring everything was perfectly lined up. One final note. We had a problem with our newly installed hardwood floors and had to have them sanded down and re-stained. The cabinets and island were freshly installed and are WHITE. The process of staining the floors with the cabinets and island already installed meant that we had some of the stain ring the bottom of the island and toe kicks. Bassem worked with us to remove the island panels to re-spray them white at his shop and then replaced some of the toe kicks to ensure the kitchen looked brand new. Overall, we highly recommend Cutwell Kitchens. If you have the pleasure of having them work for you, trust that they will deliver on a job well done and on time too - the only subcontractor in our project who did so! Bassem and Hadi - thank you very much for all of your hard work and for giving us a beautiful kitchen. Eat your heart out HGTV! Jenny and Nick
