This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The process began with promise. The sales team was prompt and the designers were friendly but that is where it ends. Once they had their money everything went south. Cabinets were installed by unqualified individuals who never seemed to have everything they needed to get the job done. The counter was delivered on multiple occasions and in both cases I had to help get the counter installed as it was too heavy for the workers to handle. Throughout the process mistakes were made. Cabinets were screwed into place several times leaving holes all over. Glass shelves were installed incorrectly leaving more holes on display for all to see. Scratches and dents to the cabinets were too many to count. In the end not everything was complete and I gave up chasing down the sales contacts as they always responded with "Let me get back to you" without ever getting back. If you are thinking about going with AHM and aren't at all handy or live in an older home I'd recommend strongly against it. If you like playing roulette, hedge your bets and refuse to pay them until the job is done to your satisfaction.

We are very happy with the work Sam and his team has done, they have done an outstanding job on our project. The work was done on time and to our satisfaction, truly an amazing experience. They were helpful, patient, honest and kind. We were amazed at the teamâ€™s skills and craftsmanship, the final product is excellent. We would strongly recommend AHM to anyone for re-doing their Kitchen. We love our kitchen.

Absolute WORST customer service experience. DO NOT hire them. Many mistakes on our multiple orders, and they cannot keep a deadline. Upper cabinets were installed at the end of March and as of today, May 23, we still do not have handles, completed shelving units or mirrors for our bathroom. I urge you not to work with this company as I seriously regret it. Would have rather spent more money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the worst experience we have had in our entire renovation process. We bought and paid for the kitchen in November it was delivered in December and it's May and the installation still hasn't been completed. They have constantly promised to show up and failed to do so. They have failed to provide simple things like handles for cabinets, drawers for the pantry, shelves for the cabinets and forgotten or failed to provide extras which were bought and paid for months ago. The entire team is incompetent, and the internal lack of communication between the departments is very evident. I would love to be rid of them completely but unfortunately I can't afford to be without a kitchen any longer. Please do yourselves a favor and find someone else or don't pay for anything until the process is complete, I'm sure that will change their results.
