When looking for our digital marketing partner, I honestly didn't know what I was looking for. I was just looking for SEO, because that’s what I thought I needed. If that sounds familiar, I've been there. I spoke to so many companies that said yes to everything I asked, which was mainly to be at the top of Google searches. I never felt comfortable with the responses I was getting because it was conflicting with what I had read about quality SEO. That was until I spoke to Dana at KickPoint.

This advice and planning struck a note with me as I had read so many horror stories about companies using black hat SEO techniques to get quick results that ultimately led to digital castration by Google. Once we started with Kick Point, everything started to move along very well. Everything we received was presented in easy to understand English and in a fun and helpful way. All of the team at Kick Point are nice, fun, warm, and really know their stuff.
And then the results started rolling in… Very soon after engaging Kick Point we saw a great return on our investment. I hadn't been running the business long, and I was pretty dubious on how our existing advertising was working. And I was equally skeptical about all other forms of advertising (radio, paper, TV, etc). I had managed to find a way to measure all of my advertising at the time, and pretty much nothing was working. Except Kick Point was kicking arse. All of a sudden we had a reliable funnel for new leads, which was something we were sorely missing up to that point.
Since then, things have only gotten better. Because of the ROI that Kick Point was generating for us, we were soon able to afford to take on more digital marketing projects which have greatly enhanced our online presence and presentation; and of course funneled more customers our way. We also ceased all other forms of advertising and put our entire budget in the hands of Kick Point. As a result we have grown our sales 10.5% on average the two years since partnering with Kick Point, and I know that our sales could have been much higher had we had the capacity to take on more work.
We are now on the precipice of expanding our business to a new city, which is extremely exciting. Kick Point has been integral in helping our business grow to this point, and to be prepared for the next steps. Kick Point aren’t just a contractor we use, they are an important part of our team. And I am so grateful to Dana, Sarah, Brittany and everyone else in Kick Point who continue to be such an important part of our journey.
