We were interested in using analytics to track our clients and figure out what Social Media tool is best for our marketing purposes. Jeff came and did a 3 hour workshop for our manager group. He showed how we compared to other institutions and where we needed to improve. It was very enlightening to actually see the raw data and stats. We invited him back to speak at our annual Social Media Conference on analytics. (MRU Shift 2013). Finding out what the ROI is on Social Media is tricky. You need someone who is knowledgeable on all of the Social Media channels, as well as someone who knows how to collect and analyze the data. I follow both him personally and Anduro Marketing on Twitter and they walk the talk on Social Media and Marketing.

I've had the opportunity to bring Anduro Marketing in on some client projects to help with SEO and Social Media. In all cases, I was very impressed with Jeff's knowledge and Anduro's ability to understand my clients' problems and to develop solutions for them. I appreciated the time they took to understand the issues and to develop the right solution, rather than recommending a one size fits all approach. What impressed me the most was how the best interests of the client are always kept in mind, and if Anduro didn't think they could be of assistance, they were upfront about it, something you don't often see. There are far too many marketing companies out there who are focused only on their own bottom line.
