Scam. Part of the DS-Max/Innovage pyramid scheme scam running for DECADES. Youtube 'the slave circle' for a docu exposing these cockroaches. They have tentacles they constantly renew and rename worldwide. Get found out, change the name, reopen somewhere else. Many of these places its selling some instant spray/clean wax out of tents at car parks. Had one at RCSS clubstore on 58th ave- just decline them politely, its not the privates you should be mad at, it's the Generals.

Went here for a "Sales Manager" interview and was told I'd be selling car wax at gas stations for a minimum of 6 months before I'd be considered for a management position. The Interviewer was not good at his job as he asked 0 questions related to work experience as I have many years experience in management hence why I applied for a "management position" . Very misleading and pretty much a pyramid scheme. They told me once I become management I can find other people and refer them to get hired and would make profit from their sales. Very shady. If you are advertising a management position offer one. This is like going to an interview for a C.E.O position and being told we are going to hire you to get coffee for everyone in the office but in 10-20 years you could be the C.E.O. Maybe a good summer job for a kid in school but overall shady and not worth your time.

This company is an offshoot of a pyrimid scheme known by various aliases (SmartCircle, Cydcor etc). These "marketing groups" pop up under different names all across North America and change names when job seekers figure out the job adds are a scam. I think these guys are going by "Simplified Marketing" in Calgary now.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They used extremely pushy sales tactics to sell product in a Canadian Tire parking lot. They followed me to my car. Not cool

The interviewer was incapable of asking me a single professional question and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during the two minute interview during which, he described a rim cleaner ( which you will sell at a gas station, regardless if you had applied for sales or not) as "pretty wicked". I'm sure in due time the management will mature(maybe)but until then it's a complete joke. You can find something better, trust me. ProTip: Don't flirt with candidates. Especially when they're probably 30 years younger than you. It's disrespectful and quite frankly, creepy as hell.
